Room, housekeeping, pool, rodents..please avoid.

Breakfast is not so good, better to eat outside, but rate is cheap so nothing to expect

Hotel rooms was clean but the main problem there was no lift at all. Am disabled snd need to walk upstairs in agony. My friends need to lift my wheelchair going upstairs.

This was my first visit to Boracay and my stay at Erus Suites Hotel spanned three nights. I received a complimentary upgrade, which I appreciated. However, the room had ants in several areas and a noticeable odor in the bathroom facility. The staff were exceedingly accommodating and sprayed the room twice. Otherwise, the hotel is conveniently situated near White beach, station 3, numerous shopping venues, restaurants, bars, and attractions. My rating reflects my experience with the room; otherwise, I had a pleasant stay, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Very happy with our stay in Erus Suits Hotel. Clean rooms, nice breakfast (small portions though). Very polite staff. Would recommend.

The place and staff members are nice. However, it needs better administrators. 3 nights and we only had 1 small roll of toilet paper for two people. They cleaned the room and didn’t leave one either. No toilet paper in the restaurant’s restroom. The room smell was odd. They had a loooot of staff members and they are nice and attentive, but maybe have less staff for that and have someone doing Constance maintenance.

We had multiple issues with the hotel. Most were basic things which are expected clenliness was the main issue. The bedsheets are yellow and stained when we got to our room. This was particularly annoying as they asked for a deposit to ensure we did not stain the sheets. We contacted hotels.com who struggled to help us due to the phone lines being un manned by the hotel staff. There were also about 8 phine numbers non of which were useful. When they finally offered us to move rooms they showed us an upgraded room which still had stained walls and sheets. Additionally there was a stench from the shower which would not go and only got worse with running water. The water was also only cold with no warm or hot. In addition the pool was not clean and half empty when we arrived. The wifi did not work at all. We checked out after one night and went somehwere else with no refund.

The staff were friendly and approachable. Walkable to the beach. Slow Internet connection in our room.

The restaurant was quite expensive !

The room is nice. But we’ve had problems with ants in the toilet and in our bedroom. We’ve had issues with the AC as well, so they transferred us to a different room (disability friendly) on the first floor, that in my opinion is not safe for use for people with disabilities. The shower handrails are loose, unsafe for use, it’s a tight space, and I saw some molds in the ceiling. I did bring it to their attention on my last day so I’m unsure if they did something about it. The staff are okay. Some are nice and some doesn’t seem to have costumer service training.

I really can not complain about anything for the price I paid, however there is room for the hotel management to improve a few things. My room had a small window that was completely covered in vegetation on the outside and didn't lock. Security safe was broken, when I asked the staff to fix it or replace it, they took it and then just threw it on the chairs that were also abandoned outside of my entry door for the time of the stay. Elevator not working. Stairs and hallways were always kind of littered and my room had AC unit that was improperly installed without a drain and was dripping on the wall and floor causing a lot of mold and some odor in the room. But like I said in the beginning you get what you pay for.

The hotel didn't give us the money back. We made a mistake while booking with dates and they didn't even take the phone. Horrible experience!
