2층사무실에 계시는 분들의 친절함과 투어 예약 등 Legazpi에 대한 많은 정보를 주셔서 진심으로 감사드립니다. 특히 마지막 체크아웃하고 공항으로 가야되는데 Legazpi 행사로 차편을 못 구해 고생하고 있었는데 Elaine님의 배려로 무사히 공항에 갈 수 있어 진심으로 감사드립니다. Thank you very much for giving us a lot of information about Legazpi, including the kindness of those who are in the second floor office and the reservation of the tour Especially, I have to check out the last time and go to the airport. I was having a hard time finding a car because of Legazpi event. Thanks to Elaine's consideration, I really appreciate it.

이 가격에 냉장고, 에어콘이 있는 호텔은 레가스피에 없지 않을가 싶네요. 엘리베이터가 없는 점이 조금 힘들 수 있습니다. 대신 거실에서 전자레인지도 이용할 수 있고 방이 무지 청결한 편이에요. 와이파이도 잘 터지고 정말 좋은 곳이라고 생각합니다. 개인 여행자, 커플 모두에게 좋은 곳이라고 생각해요.

Did not stay even an hour. Stuffy room, air conditioning not working.

The hotel is pretty much comfortable, though the problem during my stay is that, they don’t have free toiletries such as, toothpaste, toothbrush, shampoo, conditioner and soap. On top of that, they don’t offer room service cleaning and the staff are only available until 5pm. During my stay there was a power interruption, which lasted for a couple of hours, and it was so frustrating. Anyway, the only good thing about this hotel is that they are located in the city center, which is accessible to malls and restaurants.

booked two nights but end up staying for only one night because owner said our second night is already booked by another person. they told me about this when we arrived at the place after driving 13 hrs. they didnt even bother to call or msg us thru expedia or call to advise us.

The hotel was clean, close to transportation and restaurants, also pleasant staff . I wish elevator service was available.

Centrally located with parking and easy access, secure. Good AC with comforter, two towels and a floor mat. Shower had shampoo and body wash provided, as well as hot water. Staff not available after 5 p.m. Staff not particularly friendly but it appeared the office is used for other business besides the hotel. Room was clean. Couldn't use the hand held shower option because turning it on caused the bathroom to smell of sewer. No bedside table.

Fairly good for a budget accom. Quiet, near mall & walking distance to our conference location.

You have to call them to turn on the generator during brownout. I think it should be automatic but they told us to wait for half an hour before turning it on

Need total maintenance the unit. cockroach Is evey where.

When I checked in there was no electricity. Their back up generator is not working The property did not indicate on the website issues with power. The property refused that I get refund. I did not stay at the hotel even if I already paid as there is no electricity. They refused to refund. The owner was very rude. I ended up booking for another hotel. I will not stay nor recommend this hotel.

This place does not provide 24 hr electricity.they do have generator but had issues,also when electricity went out in the middle of night, there was no electricity for at least an hour, there was no 24 front desk staff available either per my brother who checked in with them 2 days prior my stay. I did not hear any apology, even told me why i did not cancel my reservation when i already learned my brother's experience .. free cancellation window had past at the time my brother stayed with them. I did not receive a refund, my refund request got declined though they wikk not able to meet our needs. This was a horrible experience

Pretty basic accomodation. Staff was friendly & attentive and would reply if messaged thru SMS. Easy check in and check out. No water station but has electric kettle and drinking glasses/cups and a small ref. FYI, No windows in the room as mentioned. Very good accomodation for the price. Great location. Right next to Pacific mall and short walk to SM City Legazpi, Public Market and Ayala Mall. Unfortunately, the other rooms are noisy and keeps on banging their doors. Would stay again.

The room is clean. Internet connection is good. Although the mention amenity regarding a free water bottle inclusion in the room there is no water given.

Very safe and quiet. Relaxing with view of Mayon. Accommodating staff.

Affordable considering the quality of the room. Very accessible location. Has ac, refrigerator, electric kettle and hot shower. Tho the latter didn't work on the first day due to power interruption but they called a plumber and fixed it.
