Staffs were not accommodating. They did not help us or find way for our luggage to have storage at the hotel after we had early check out. We had a graduation ceremonies to attend to and time would not permit us to come back on time for check out. So we really need a storage at that time. Sadly they dint allow us. We have booked at this Hotel for several times already and definitely this will be my last. I'm not coming back anymore.

No cellular reception. No daily complementary drinks.

The room is a okay. Good enough for its price. The bathroom is a bit cramped. But no big deal. Their beef tapa is yummerz.

Old room and facilities, please renovate.

great place if you want to stay in your room and relax... hotel staffs are very helpful and polite...

we stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights. we had a great stay. the staffs are approachable, accommodating and also trustworthy. the room is clean and cozy. its just that it looks bigger in the picture but it's good for 2 persons.

It took us more than 1 hour waiting at the lobby for our accommodation. The room is small compared to what we expect because of the price.

We have difficulty closing our room door and our mattresses are worn out and already flattened.

Overall a good and cheap place to stay in.

The room is quite small. Bathroom is clean but no bidet. Clean bed sheets, with cable tv and aircon is good. You can hear the noise outside the room as well as the traffic noise in the highway. Food is good and it takes 10-20 mins to be served. The dining area is not air-conditioned. But all in all, our stay is good and value for money.

when travelling to manila, the hotel is the most convenient place to stay because it is accessible to the places I frequent.

Though the room was small, it served its purpose, which was, for us to have a good place to sleep in. They also extended their service by calling us the night before our board exam to have an advanced order of our breakfast and gave us an option to take it out. This was really helpful because we thought we will not be able to claim our free breakfast since we need to be on our examination area early. They delivered our breakfast in our room at around 5:45 am, then went to our examination area by 6 pm. And the food was great too! The staff was very helpful. Will recommend this place to the next board takers.

It was quaint and nice. Just perfect for the two of us.

Encountered a problem on the issuance of breakfast coupon. Overall stay was good.

Housekeeping staff are very courteous. Good food.

Kamarnya kecil sekali, kamar mandi sempit.

Not the type of hotel that everyone should be dealing with. They don't feel what the customer feels. All they do is business and pure business and thats so much terrible. They will leave you optionless. Heartless people are working in this hotel.
