객실은 깨끗했고, CR에는 냉온수 샤워 시설이 갖춰져 있었습니다. 에어컨과 냉장고도 완벽하게 작동했습니다. 아침 식사는 객실이나 세련되고 맛있는 레스토랑인 Mrs. V에서 드실 수 있습니다. 위치는 아주 좋았고 근처에 세븐일레븐이 있었습니다. 다만 TV가 작동하지 않았지만 와이파이가 빨라서 걱정 없이 휴대폰으로 대신했습니다. 전반적으로 좋은 숙박이었습니다. 직원들 모두 친절하고 응대도 빨랐습니다.

뜨거운 물이 나오지 않았고, 우리가 들어갔을 때 머리카락이 발견되어 방을 제대로 청소하지 않았고, 옆방에서 다른 손님들이 사랑을 나누는 소리가 들렸고, 화장지도 없었고, 리셉션 직원이 우리가 예약한 것과 다른 잘못된 방을 알려주었습니다.

I booked this hotel for a very important reason and it's just few minutes away from my appointment place. I booked angkas and paid 52 pesos. So perfect! Btw, the hotel is very nice and very affordable! I would really recommend this to my friends. I paid 1,200+ only with breakfast. Wow just wow!

The facility is okay but the service is very inconvenient. They don't have 24 hours front office. Breakfast served late (supposed to be at 8am but served at 10:15). I came in to my room no towels, slippers and main switch was defective.

그렇다면 객실 담당자와 접수원에게 전화해서 객실과 침대시트를 확인해보라고 하지 않겠습니까? 호텔에 대한 부정적인 피드백을 계속 게시하고 계속 돌아와서 호텔에 대한 부정적인 내용을 게시하고 있으니 지금부터는 Gervasia에 체크인하는 것을 허용하지 않을 것입니다.

The staff of this hotel weren't actually friendly and treated their customer like not a guest. I paid online my stayed this recent day. But the room that they give to give to me is not completed no hot shower and fridge I ask them to transfer me to another room they said there's no vacant! How come that this hotel becomes tolerant of their guest?! I just stay in this place because of a project job for my business!

This hotel has good accommodations, however the linen and blanket some odor in stinky! Seems they didn't change in regular. And I smell cigarette belches from the other room!
