작은 호텔이지만 주변 쇼핑몰이나 이동이 편해서 좋았음

청결은 수준이상 입니다~~ 다만 로비가 너무 시끄러워서 ~~

위치가 매우 좋습니다. 호텔직원들 모두 매우 친절하며 항상 도와줄 준비가 되어있습니다. 더운 곳이어서 그런지 에어컨의 온도를 22도 이상으로 맞추면 조금 꿉꿉한 냄새가 납니다. 그것 이외의 사항은 매우 좋으며 옆의 쇼핑몰과 연결되어있어 식사나 기타 다른 활동을 하기도 좋습니다. 5층에서 흡연 가능한 곳이 있으며, 아침식사도 어느정도 괜찮습니다.

시설도 좋고 인근에 구경거리도 많고 좋았습니다.

신도시 중심에 있고 쇼핑몰과 연결되어 있어 아주 편리합니다. 직원들도 친절하고 방도 훌륭합니다. 새로 개통된 스카이웨이로 공항까지 30분도 안 걸립니다. 하나 흠이라면 등급에 어울리지 않는 조식입니다. 빵 말고는 그닥 먹을것 없습니다.

The breakfast was delicious, with many Filipino and western options. The rooms were spacious, modern and clean. The staff has very friendly and professional. We loved that the hotel was connected to Glorietta mall with great dining options and shopping.

The place was convenient lol located next to the mall. Clean and friendly staff. Would definitely stay again.

This hotel is at a superbly convenient location. As soon as you get out of the hotel, the Glorietta Mall entrance is about ten or twelve feet to your right. The breakfast buffet at this hotel is satisfactory, and the price for it is quite reasonable. The staff members at the breakfast buffet, the concierge, the reception area, front desk, transportation desk are all very polite, helpful, and professional. I highly recommend this hotel, and would definitely try to stay there again on my next vacation from the U.S.

The room is really spacious and clean. The staff are so friendly, welcoming and accommodating. It is also just right beside ayala malls/SM so it’s very convenient. The place was quiet and safe. The bfast are really good too. Will definitely stay here again next time were back in Makati.

Insufficient training to staff especially young staff

We were here for a month and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. While the property was beautiful, the room furnished in lovely fashion, and entirely comfortable, and with all the food options in the hotel and the variety of restaurants and commercial outlets within easy reach of doors.... .... still, what stood out was the staff. Always kind, always cheerful, always friendly, always helpful. Everyone was our best friend at first sight, it seemed like. We could not have had a more welcoming and solicitous crew, from the front desks to the shops, to the concierge, to housekeeping, to everyone in a uniform who greeted us with a grin and hand on their heart. We were sorry to leave. We loved our stay.

This hotel is superb - very close to shopping and great restaurants. Every staff member is attentive, friendly and effective. The hotel is very nice and clean.

Nice hotel, great location

Holiday Inn Makati is an excellent place to be because of its location. Easy access to airport, great shopping, food and wonderful service. The staff are respectful, cordial and truly delightful
