In d heart of d city, accessible to all, good for big family ..person in charge is accommodating - quick to reply. and security officer is very attentive , needs a lil bit upgrade of d loft - some old materials and got wear and tear .. but in general we love the place.. will come back and will recommend to friends and families.. thank u 💕👍

Luxury loft is a awesome place to stay. Conveniently located in cebu. Close to everything and short taxi ride to everything else. So many places to get food soon you step out

입실할때마다 보이는 여러마리의 바퀴벌레를 잡느라 너무 힘들었고, 다른 게스트를 초대하여 발생한 지갑 도난 사건에 호텔측의 대응은 너무 성의가 없을 뿐만아니라 오히려 그들의 편이었다. 수영장도 사실 구비만 되어있을뿐 이용할수 없었으며, 바로옆 2호텔의 작은 수영장을 이용할때 인당 350페소를 지불해야했다. 여러모로 최악의 숙소였으며 나의 세번째 세부여행을 최악으로 만들었다.

호텔명이 그랩이나 구글지도에서 검색이 되지 않음. 실제 도착했을때도 콘도명이 럭셔리 로프트 아닌 다른 이름이니 찾아가실때 크라운 리젠시로 가셔서 옆건물로 들어가시면 됩니다. 일반 레지던스나 호텔하고 달리 일반 개인 콘도 소유주들이 룸을 관리합니다. 그래서 기본적인 룸 청소나 룸 서비스가 따로 없습니다. 요청하면 된다고 하는데 해보진 않았습니다. 위치는 근처에 맥도날드도 있고, 로빈슨마켓도 있고 편의점도 있습니다. 택시도 항상 호텔앞에서 쉽게 잡을수 있고요. 다만 개인 콘도업자들이 임대해주는 방식이라 룸 컨디션이나 청결도가 복불복입니다. 그점 참고하세요. 워낙 세부 호텔들이 비싸서 고른 곳인데.....애기 동반 가족 여행엔 좀 많이 불편하네요. 편하게 지내길 바라는 분들은 피하시고, 저렴하게 잠만 주무신다 생각하셔도....별로 추천하진 않습니다. 청소가 안되고 타올 교체도 거의 불가능하다보니..... 아, 룸안에 인터넷이 설치되어 있어서 개별 모뎀을 이용할 수 있어서 그점은 좋았네요.

야경이 너무 이뻐서 가성비 갑 입니다 몰도 어느정도 가깝고 근처에 할께 많아요 시설도 가격대비 깔끔했구요 다만 수건에서 좀 냄새가 났구요 전화기가 없어서 프론트에 다이렉트로 연락을 못했어요

Property is decent. The water on the 1st floor is slow. Not enough lighting... this property is not host properly. If you have problems or questions, you're on your own. We were charged 2,000 pesos for overnight parking contrary to what's advertised. If communication is your priority then this is not the place for you.

Convenient location close to the night markets and restaurants. There is a market inside the building to buy basic supplies. Room had plenty of space for a family of 4. Jolibee and McDonalds is next door. Salon and spa and karaoke are on site. Good price for the room size and convenience. Could have use more pillows and sheets.

It was a loft. The air conditioning was hard to do because there was only 1 working remote for the upstairs and downstairs unit. The view was beautiful. The property was not ready for us probably because of our late check in. Me and my family enjoyed it there.

The "Luxury Condo" was not luxurious at all. It was filthy, infested with roaches, smelled like a dumpster in the hallway, the wall lamps were dangling, shower door falling off, and it was... terrible. After 3 months I finally got a refund. What a disappointment and problem getting a refund.

Nous n'avons pas pu accéder à l'hôtel. Les contraintes étaient de réserver 24h à l'avance et lorsque nous avons essayé de contacter l'hôtel, personne n'a répondu... Ils ont eu le culot de nous envoyer un mail le lendemain pour nous demander l'heure d'arrivée. Cela démontre le manque de sérieux de cet établissement que je ne recommande absolument pas

Although I didn't really check in early, 9 pm, the place still was not ready. The front office didn't find any reservation at all, then after a long search he asked for help.. they both still couldn't find it so they called someone and was told to get me to wait until someone comes with the keys.. so 15 minutes later, someone did come with the keys so we could start on the checking procedures... i made it to my place finally, but the bed was not set... they told me to wait a little... 10 minutes later, someone came in with the sheets and the towels.. In the morning i noticed that the condo has no ocean view as the advertisement says, and that the people who got me to the condo, didn't leave me a key to the condo.... The keys arrived later and nothing about getting a condo without the view.. next day i was told the original condo is getting fixed.. The location was great, the bed nit so comfy and the pillows were in a bad shape.
