문베이 마리나 더 빌라

일단 저는 4살 1살 아이 동반입니다.. 하루종일 앞 풀장에서.놀기에는 너무.안성맞춤입니다.. 조금.아쉬웠던거는 아침식사가.매번 같고 숙소에 간혹 벌레가 돌아다닙니다.. 그외 직원분들 친절합니다.. 재방문의사 있습니다..

시설은 노후되었으나 서비스가 좋다

깨끗한 시설과 풀과 숙소, 멋진 해변 좋다 수빅의 여행중 정말 보람찬 기억이었다 직원들도 매우친절했고 아침식사도 맛있었다 풀의 안전요원도 열심히 일하는것 같아 보기좋았다 좋은 추억 가지고 간다

하루 숙박했는데 만족스러웠고 또 가고 싶네요. 하지만 가까운 해변은 해수욕을 즐길수 없는 바다라는 사실이 안타까와요

해변과 가깝고 다른 리조트들도 둘러보았는데 역시 이 곳만한 곳이 없더라고요~ 리조트 내부에 있는 수영장도 너무 좋구요 미끄럼틀을 얼마나 재밌게 탔던지 밤이 되면 분위기도 좋아서 여행의 분위기를 한층 더 업그레이드 시켜주네요 다음에 또 가려구요 ㅋㅋ

리조트 전체적으로 만족합니다. 직원도 매우 친절하고 방에서 와이파이도 잘잡힙니다. 음식은....아주 맛있다고 할 수는 없지만 룸서비스도 잘되고, 먹을만 합니다. 수영장도 밤12시까지 사용가능이고 야간 조명도 괜찮게 해놓았습니다. 물론 가격이 다른 곳보다 조금 비싼편이지만 감수할만 합니다. (주방이 함께있는 이그제티브룸을 이용) 청결도도 괜찮고, 객실에서 흡연은 불가하지만 테라스에서 가능합니다. 전체적으로 만족할만한 리조트라고 생각합니다. (동일가격에 다른 곳도 몇번 이용하였지만 이곳이 더 낫다고 생각함)

Not happy with my stay at Moonbay Villas this time. We have stayed in Moonbay several times for the past years because it was just a walk away to some of the night spots and boardwalk. Service was great before. I am not happy with the customer service this time. The bedsheets and towels look worn out. Water from the shower floods the bathroom floor. When we checked out they were asking about 2 missing face towels that were not in the room in the first place. While we were sitting in the pool area early afternoon my husband ordered coffee the waiter told him they ran out of coffee beans. After a few minutes I questioned the waiter if you do not have coffee beans this early in the afternoon you can not serve coffee tonight or breakfast. The waiter then said they have instant coffee. He did not even bother to ask if we would alternate brewed coffee for the instant coffee. The staff needs more training in customer service. I hope to see improvement when we comeback.

Staffs are very friendly. Restaurant is open until midnight. The only things I didnt like in the room we stayed in is the electric outlet, most sockets are not usable in the bathroom and the vanity. I had to use the only working outlet in the kitchen to plug the hair dryer. Plus the night is alive in this area where you can hear loud music until past midnight. If you are the night owl type. That'll be ok but if you want to go to bed early please bring your earplugs.

Moon bay is absolute place to stay at SBMA! The upkeep of the rooms and the pool which is super clean and fabulous. The restaurant staff and housekeeping and front desk really take care of you and make you feel relaxed like your at home. Great place and I highly recommend Moon Bay to everyone!!

We are very happy with our 2-night stay at the Villas. The suites are very spacious and has amenities that are conveniently provided. The staff were all very polite, helpful and make their guests welcome. We enjoyed the pool, the balcony and the driving range at the back of the Villas. Value for money, well recommended!

It worked out for us perfectly.

Easy check in. Comfortable and clean rooms. Courteous and pleasant staff. The only issue I had was when I switched to one of the suites, and the room was a little too cold. Other than that, my stay was great.

American standard hotel rooms. Staff was great and food is above average. Very relaxing. The location is 👍👍

My stay was most enjoyable. There really isn't much not to like about the Villas, It is top notch in my book.

My stay at the Villas was fantastic. I extended my stay by 3 days as the place was just so pleasant. The room was more than spacious for one person. The room was immaculate. The bathroom was clean with god water pressure and plenty of hot water. The cafe was staff friendly and polite, and the food was outstanding. There are other dining options in the area, but the Cafe Azul's chef (s) are top notch! The hotel staff is courteous and professional, with kudos going out to Mike, who goes out of his way to make guests feel welcome. The pool was clean and pristine, so if you are looking for aquatic fun, you might want to limit it to the pool, as the beach area leaves a lot to be desired. The hotels in the area might want to consider organizing some community volunteer beach cleanup days throughout the year. The only complaint I had was on my last night there, the guy in the room next to mine decided to blast rock music in his room around 12:30 in the morning, and when I asked the evening security guard to deal with it, he instead directed me to the front desk, whom I reported it to (though I should not have had to as the music was quite loud). Unfortunately nothing was done and the music was still blaring when I finally fell asleep around 3:30 am. Things like that shouldn't happen at a hotel, and the perpetrator not face any consequences. Other than that I've nothing but good things to say about the Villa's.
