친절하고 아침이 좋음

창문이 열리지가 않고 소음이 너무 심하다 개선할 필요가 있다

마닐라 공항에서 10분거리에 있으며, 무료공항셔틀버스를 이용할수 있습니다. 체크인은 2시부터이며, 바로 옆에 레스토랑이 있습니다. 주변에 맥도날드, 피자헛 이 걸어다닐수 있는 거리에 있습니다. 에어콘도 너무 빵빵해서 추울정도입니다. 단, 도로변이어서 저녁늦게까지 조금 시끄럽습니다. 객실은 가격대비 깨끗합니다.

직원서비스도 좋고전반적으로 만족합니다^^

직원들 정말정말정말 너무나 친절하구요! 밤11시도착이라 공항픽업서비스 미리 메일로 보내서 신청했는데, 가격도 저렴한데 무료로 공항픽업서비스 이용할수있어서 정말 좋았어요. 근데.. 정말 숙소시설은 겁나 후졌어요.. 그래도 공항이랑은 가까워서 정말 비행기시간땜에 어쩔수없이 잠잘곳만 필요하다 싶으면 추천해드려요ㅋㅋㅋ

One of the worst hotes I've ever stayed. Noisy, Dirty, Stinky. I had to turn on the light all night due to cockroches. Only reason to stay there was the location to the airport. But we immediately regredcted

호텔직원은 친절하며 좋았으나, 객실의 청결도 및 호텔의 위치, 방음이 좋지 않았습니다. 객실의 방음이 좋지 않아서 옆방의 티비소리 및 밖의 오토바이와 자동차 소리가 그대로 들렸습니다. 새벽내내 소리로 인해 잠을 잘 수 없었습니다. 또한 쥐와 바퀴벌레가 있어서 짐을 바닥에 내려놓기가 무서웠습니다. 공항에서 차로 10분정도 걸리는 호텔의 위치라는 설명에 번화가 일 것이라고 생각하고 이 호텔을 선택했었으나, 치안이 좋아보이지 않은 길거리의 중간에 호텔이 있어 밤에 돌아다니기가 무서웠고 택시기사들도 호텔이 위치한 길의 구조를 잘 몰라 자꾸 헤메어서 시간 및 돈이 많이 들었습니다. 공항무료버스는 원하는 시간대에 이용할 수 있도록 해주고 버스의 상태도 괜찮아서 좋은 점이 있기는 했으나, 나머지 사항들로 인해 저는 이 호텔을 추천하고 싶지 않습니다.

프리 픽업과 아침식사 저렴한 숙박비용~!! 함께 친절한 직원들~~!!!! 공항주변이라는 특징상 외진지역인 것과, 3성급인것을 감안하세요. 세월의 흔적이 남아있는 한국의 모텔정도 이미지로 생각하시면 좋겠습니다. 가성비는 최고였습니다.

The free shuttle from and to the airport was great. As was the restaurant, which served good food at a very reasonable price. I was disappointed with the lack of tea and coffee making facilities in my room. Plus TV access was very limited ( could only watch YouTube). But was only staying one night before catching a domestic flight to my destination. It was not a big problem.

We enjoyed our stay at Oyster because it was very convenient. The place was near the airport. The staff and services offered were wonderful.

Hot shower was not working! And the room was facing the street so it was so loud. And the worst thing was, cockroaches were everywhere the room! So gross

* we were attempting to organise airport transfers by messaging the hotel through the app, but received no response to our messages. We had to make special arrangements for a call from overseas to access this service * transfers were finally organised, but noone showed up until an hour and a half after the flight landed. After half an hour of waiting outside the airport, we called and were told the driver was there, but he didn’t turn up for another half hour after that. After 28 hours in transit, the last thing you want to do is stand outside the airport for an hour, waiting for a pickup. * the room was sparse, almost monastic, with concrete walls and no window. No artwork or anything to reduce the feel of being in a cell. * everything was noisy. The air conditioner rattled terribly, there were trolleys being pushed up the passage and doors slamming all night, and people calling out to each other. In the morning the room was right next to the restaurant, so we were awoken to the sound of cutlery and crockery clinking and conversations, starting from about 6am. Not ideal when we only finally made it to our room at 3am. * the room had no hot water in the shower. We reported this to the front desk, who said they called housekeeping. noone showed to fix anything before we were picked up for our transport into town, and we weren't offered any alternative arrangements. so after a very long transit and a poor sleep, we couldn’t even have a hot shower before starting our visit.

We friendly and helpfull stuff, unfortunately the hotel is under renovation, daytime very noise,overall with minor issues, was a good stay☺️

What I like about the service or service front desk assistance and it had the shuttle van on time

地下の窓なし。非常口のマップもなく怖かった。安かったからね。 夕方から朝早くの出発までだったので耐えました。 空港送迎やフロントの方レストランのスタッフはみんないい人でした。ホテル周りは治安悪そうに見えるし空気が悪かったのでセブンイレブンだけ行きました。

Not a very well kept property with few amenities. There are many better choices in this price range. The complimentary shuttle was a bonus. The tv only worked if you have Prime or other premium channel service. Very few nice food options along a busy street.

I booked and was charged over $100USD for a premium suite only to get there to be downgraded to a double room that goes for $50. They promised to make it right only to find out they refused to do anything about it or reimburse me the difference. It was extremely noisy with us being woke up multiple times through the night. The free breakfast was all unavailable leaving limited crappy options to choose from. Due to the downgrade we had to rent an additional room and where charged multiple extra fees for a third person to stay in a room for 4 people. The shuttle was earlier that we were told not even allowing us to eat our limited crappy breakfast. Absolutely HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! It was also not only us having problems, as we heard other families there dealing with similar issues of having booked a big family room to be downgraded as well and they had to rent an extra room as well. Do Not Stay Here!!! I'm still trying to get my money back from their mistakes even when I paid for the insurance just in case something like this happened!! Definitely the WORST experience of my entire 30 day trip in the country and multiple hotels in multiple locations! I would give - stars if it was possible!!!
