Staff are friendly, rooms with good space and breakfast is super.

Spacious room, though oddly shaped. It's beside a river or creek, so if it's warm or sunny, you can smell it (and it's not pleasant at all) when you open your window or go outside. Given the amenities and condition of the facilities, it seems a bit pricey for what you'd get. I'd still be okay to stay here again if needed but I think I could find another hotel with better value around the area.

Rooms were spacious. My room last week was bigger though weirdly shaped, but my room this week was still spacious. Not all the electrical outlets in the room were functioning or felt safe to use. Staff were friendly but not all were attentive or accommodating. Breakfast buffet was also so-so in terms of taste and options/variety.

Nothing massively wrong but could have been better. Hotel is looking tired. The food in the breakfast and dinner buffet was luke warm at best. The water in the shower was only just above cold. There is a lack of power outlets in the room, the only ones are on one side of the bed not useful for using laptop at the desk. On the plus side the staff were friendly and helpful.

The staff were excellent in politeness and in doing the extra mile to accomodate requests. I like the hospitality and genuine customer service. The only issue for me was that the bed sheets had stains which was very troubling.

Staff was professional and attentive. Room was clean and neat. Breakfast buffet was adequate. Bathroom needs more lighting. TV needs to be upgraded to smart tv for streaming.

Excellent from service to accommodation. My only concern was the pet bed we were given unwashed pet bed that smells sadly.

Sent a message to the property two days before to check if two beds are available and didn’t get a response.

Friendly staff. Great location for access to central places. Had to pay 500 pesos for a small refrigerator. Had leftovers from a restaurant and was told no food could be brought to the hotel because it has a restaurant and next time would result in a charge. I think this is a terrible policy. The TV had no signal and the staff said I could watch You Tube. I desired to watch English language news. I requested they fix this issue but they did not. In addition, a large puddle occurred in the room overnight. When I reported this the staff seemed unconcerned and stated that it had rained. Shower had so many clogged spouts it directed water all over the floor. Despite these issues, I enjoy this hotel and will stay there again if needed.

Wish they can provide standard 2 keycards so it will be easier for a couple
