Even there's negative review i read i still continue my visit. They rectified the issued about long hours of waiting for food orders. The places was awesome. I rented 3 rooms i hope next time they check everything one toilet was not working properly.. goodthing the room have two washroom.

The property grounds were nice but the beach front was a coral reef which was not shown in their website. We expected a beach with waves and sand but it was disappointing .

Stayed before and enjoyed the 1st time

The staff are wonderful people. The property is clean. Problems are in summary, not facilitated to families. Children's playgrounds is a disaster, not safe. No facilities at beach front. Very restricted to time lines. Food is absolutely terrible and very expensive. The resort provides coffe at rooms, but no kettles. How does one make coffee? It's certainly not a family oriented resort. Would not recommend. As an architect, and traveler will never recommend or visit this resort again. There are many Phillipines resorts nearby with family orientation facilities.

Property is great i love the pools. Amazing breakfast.

Pros: Great ambiance, beautiful sunset. Cons: The beach is rocky. You will be charged if you bring your own food. NO wifi inside the rooms. Instead of a kettle or coffee maker in the room, you will have to ask a staff for hot water. My mom had diarrhea from the food/water from a room service. The rooms don’t feel cozy. The mattresses are about 4 to 5 inches thick. The bathroom cleanliness is about 5/10, with lots of calcium and soap scum on the hardwares. Most of all, the atmosphere is NOT welcoming. It feels like you’re getting into a military camp. Everyone is so uptight and not happy looking.

The place is perfect so pristine pool and garden is amazing. Everything about this place is awesome ,staff are great,amenities plentiful, foods are smashing.

Ist ein sehr schönes Resort mit zwei grossen sauberen Pools. Zimmer sind gut. Frühstück war mittelmässig und Service sehr langsam, obwohl es nur sehr wenig Gäste hatte. Massage sehr gut und Preiswert, aber im Zimmer. Da es im SPA Raum keine Klimaanlage gibt. Auch viele andere Sachen könnten einiges besser sein, statt immer nur Neue Zimmer bauen, sollten Badezimmer repariert werden. Spielplatz für Kinder eine Stange von Schaukel gebrochen, gefährlich für Kinder. Unterhaltungsraum fast alles defekt, Air Hockey ohne Air usw. Der Garten und die Pools sind sehr gepflegt. Strand OK zum laufen oder für Kinder im Sand spielen. Schwimmen leider meistens unmöglich zu wenig tief.

Extra charges for bringing outside goods to the room is outlandish. Wifi was not good. The 2 pools are in excellent shape and the grounds were immaculate
