Staff are not accommodating in the front desk only those in the kitchen has hospitality thing. They are so strict that you cannot enjoy your stay all need to request even TV its not automatic you need to request for it to function.

The hotel is good but the water in pool and jacuzzi is cold, maybe they use some heater in water.

Last time we visited was before the lockdown. We were there thrice of 4 times that year. The place was amazingly clean and impeccable. The pool was crystal clear. Service was warm and everybody was super attentive. The restaurant-Dekada, served delicious and affordable food. These are the reasons why we decided to go back. Unfortunately, it was all bad. Let's start with communicating with the hotel: it took me 2 whole days of trying all the numbers in their Facebook page to communicate with them our room transfer plans. 2 days. We only got an answer the afternoon before we checked-in. Next was the room-the walls and floor were damp. Room attendant said that housekeeping just finished “wiping” them. They could have aired it our for a while before letting us in. Bed bug were present, unfortunately, so my toddler and I are now nursing very itchy bites. We asked for extra pillows and were charged 35 a piece. It was okay since we want to be comfortable while sleeping. We waited for an hour or so so we decided to follow up-only to be told that there are no more extra pillows left. The veranda 's floor was not swept. The bathroom is another story-molds were visible in the tiles beneath the glass partition and some parts of the grouts are not scrubbed properly. The toilet seat was broken, you cannot sit on it properly since the cover cannot be fully extended. Ants were everywhere and there is no bathroom rug available. The pool. Can't even see the tiles at the side underneath the water. It 's like it was mixed with powder and cannot smell a hint of chlorine at all. It was like that for 4 days so I cannot attribute the blurry water used by the sunscreen of the few swimmers I saw using the pool. We thought eating at Dekada, the restaurant, will compensate all our disappointments. Taste was so so this time and one of our orders was raw. Showed it to the staff and said they will just cook it longer. I stopped him since a portion of the item was already taken apart so it was already “contaminated” so to speak. Cooking it again will just contaminate the oil and utensils to be used. We ordered arroz caldo for breakfast and it was horrible. Beef tapa meat was like chewing gum so our son ended up just eating the egg. It was a really bad experience. We miss the old hotel.

Check In Time - We arrived before 1pm, pinacheck yung reservation kay reception & alm naming 2pm pa ang check in time. Nag2pm na kinausap ko si reception kung pwede na pumasok sa room, di pa daw ready minaMOP pa daw, ang aga na namin pero di pa READY. di na kami nag reklamo baka kulang lang sila sa tao pero madami nakasing nakapasok sa room nila. BREAKFAST - NAGTANONG SILA NG TIME SAAMIN PARA SA FOOD 8.30 PERO NALATE KAMI DAHIL NAKATULOG ULIT KAMI 9.06 NASA RECEPTION NAG ASK AKO SA DEKADA RESTO PO BA? SABI WAIT LANG DAW KASI PUNO PA RESTO PERO ILANG MINS NA MADAMI NG LUMABAS PERO ANG TAGAL TALAGA. HAYYYYY

I had the most relaxing stay in this hotel, that 's why kept coming back here. It 's our third time & really choose to stay for 3 nights and each day was absolutely amazing 😊.

All is well except for the late giving of breakfast meal.

I really love this place and it exceeded my expectations. The room is very spacious and they gave me a room near the pool area when I requested it. Staff is very accommodating as well. The hotel is also close to everything that you need. We also enjoyed the massage at their spa and were able to play billiards and enjoy the pool. We will definitely go back here! Every was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and neat. Pool and Jacuzzi was amazing. The place was very nice overall.

The room was spacious and clean. Suitable for families and groups. They can probably improve on breakfast choices but overall, hotel offered bang for the buck.

Great customer service. Food is okay. Location is the best. Spacious bathrooms and good set of toiletries. Not very strict with health protocols. Cold pool-no heater for the pool.

Clogged c. Are, it takes minutes for the water to drain. Remote for the TV not working, you have to stand on front of the TV to change channels. No hot water, maintenance said it"tripped", had it working afterwards though. And lastly, the room reeks of pungy smell, like somebody spilled something and didn't clean it enough, good thing I have lysol Stayed at room 102.

One of the best and cheapest hotel in Tagaytay! Will stay next time again.

First time to stay at this hotel and surprised at how spacious and tastefully designed the rooms were at a reasonable rate. Greate for money. Will definitely come back.

Very good service (except when our breakfast was delivered in our room 30 mins late)! The staffs were very polite and approachable Rooms and common areas were very clean and well-maintained. The place is peaceful, relaxing and very accessible to other tourist spots in Tagaytay. However! If you'd like to have a room with pool view, I suggest you book the deluxe room. We originally booked the superior room. They gave us the room in the corner where you only see the mini playground and some big pipes. They also forgot to put toiletries and the phones our the room had no dial tone so we were compelled to go to the main desk for our needs. Oh, and the towels were smelly🙃 The jacuzzi is just some bubbling water. I thought the water would be a bit warm. But still, I enjoyed it. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. I'd still go back here! Definitely!😌

All staff's are nice. The room looks exactly from the picture. Ambience is very nice. Highly recommended. I will definitely go back here with my son

This is perfect for vacation. Super bait ng mga staff and accommodating nila. The place were so clean. We’ll definitely come back here.
