편안하고 좋았다. 재료를 사서 직접요리를 해 먹을수 있었고 객실이 2층으로 된 구조 여서 넓었다. 작지만 수영장, 체력 단련실이 있어서 좋았다.

予約したのに取れてないし、確認のメールを見せろとか、メールを送れとか、最悪！フロントの感じも悪い。二度と泊まらない！

room was spacious. small cockroaches in the room. you only get coffee the 1st day. we stayed 5 night and when we renewed 1 night and requested coffee, they had to call the owner to authorize it. Location is good. people next door leave doors open while cooking.

Excellent location; very attentive receptionists; bathroom shower water was strong and awesome and loved the daily housekeeping room cleaning and daily change of towels. Overall, they did a great job!

No warm water, less then luke warm. I did not see that the bedroom is upstairs, would have liked to know that, not a living room with TV. The "kitchen" had no stove, just a sign saying how to use the stove..we were going to make scrambled eggs. No can do. The recpetion stove is only for long term. Well, I did not see anything about that in the booking. Maybe my fault, but did not easily show anyways. Staff very nice, took off price for extra towels since no warm water. It feels as if also one shower rooms faucets and gear is a bit loose. Window in bathroom has no handle..and it was open, closed it with some small effort. Many small things, feel like room needs some overhaul, overall a bit run down. So a bit overpriced for what you pay for. But nice athmosphere still and nice staff makes up for it.

My stay at this property was a good experience. ..check in went well loved the up stairs bedroom. ..two bathrooms..kitchen so your able to cook...there are a few restaurants around the area..even a pure gold across the street. Only downside is the hallways witch are not very lite...light suppose to come on as you walking. .they need to work on that..but overall clean place..I would stay here again. .

Shaw Residenza was close to various restaurants and malls and it was easy to get a GRAB, Taxi, or Jeepney to places on Shaw Blvd. The hotel also had two complete bathrooms, a kitchen sink, water pot to heat water, a hot plate with pots and pans, a refrigerator, and a microwave. The sofas and beds were clean and comfortable but only the showers had hot water. If we needed hot water at the kitchen sink we had to either bring it from the shower, or heat it on the hot plate or water pot. Drinkable water was provided in a blue 20 liter plastic jug that was sealed in a plastic wrap and placed on the sink counter. Very small cockroaches were seen in the bathroom. Shaw Boulevard is very busy and the traffic noise even on the 14th floor was constantly heard. The pool was clean though rather small. Still perfect for the kids. Housekeeping was very attentive and arrived at the same time each day. Management was very strict about the number of guests we could bring to our room and requested they depart by 10 pm, or incur an overnight surcharge. Upon check in, the hotel agents wanted to charge a higher deposit than had been agreed upon in email correspondence prior to our arrival. I directed them to read the emails, which they retrieved quickly from their computer. Once they re read them they honored the original deposit. They also refunded it when we checked out.

It was a good experience. The property was spacious and affordable.

Hotel is in a great location walking distance to all the malls...the room was clean and comfortable with beautiful views of the ortigas skyline...but the hotel feels like it’s on its last leg... run down ... elevator broken and working ones very slow. I had no hot water so they fixed that... the internet is terrible if it works... I had stayed here 5 years ago and the gym was new. Since then it’s not been maintained...still got a good workout in.

I liked it a lot. Staff was very friendly. Very clean room. They will clean the room at the time you request. Across the street from the market and restaurants. And close to 2 small malls. I would stay there again.

This is my second time staying at this location. Enjoyed it immensely. Good clean rooms, spacious living area. An extremely good location. Lots of places to eat with several minutes walking distance. A grocery market directly across the street from the hotel. A very short taxi ride or jeepney ride to the nearest shopping malls. Friendly staff. Would highly recommend this hotel to friends or anyone visiting Manila.

I will recommend this place is not a hotel, but it is more like a 2 beds 2 baths condominium with everything that I need for a long stay. The kitchen is on the first floor and the 2 beds are at up stair on the second floor. Very clean place and daily room cleaning .

The room was great....quite the bargain

Very poor customer service! It took forever before we were allowed to check in. They had our suite switched with another guest's room. It took about an hour before they realized the mistake. It took another hour before they finally had us switch suites. The guest who occupied our 'real' suite had already used the bed and bathroom in one of the rooms. It took another hour before our suite was finally clean again, with new beddings and toiletries. In other words, we lost about four hours, which we could have already enjoyed. With all the mix up and inconvenience, none of the staff even apologized. I asked if we can check out at 2pm the following day, since we lost about four hours, but they allowed only an hour extension, again without an apology. I like the place so much because it's very spacious, and the location is close to malls and restaurants. I thought I'd come back for other family occassions, but I think I just changed my mind! No matter how excellent every aspect and detail of the place is, with bad customer service, everything's ruined!

Staff are clueless and unprofessional. Cockroaches in the unit. Basic and old appliances in the unit. Too many rules, too many penalties about anything with signage of warnings in every corner of the building and amenities- you'll not enjoy and be relaxed during your stay anymore.

４～５回目の利用です。家族で滞在するには快適です。 高級ホテルのサービスを求める人には×、家族滞在型コンドです。 目の前にはスーパーあり、 周りには数えきれない外食・ファストフード店あり。 （KFC・イナサル・MAX・ｲｴﾛｰｷｬﾌﾞetc.....。） 部屋には炊事道具一式、コンロ・冷蔵庫・電子レンジ等 ありますので自炊も可能です。 ホテルオーナーが変わった様で 様々なルールが紙に書いてあり、「守らないとペナルティで2,000ペソ」徴収が やや気になりました。 近くのモールは　グリーンヒルズ・SMmegamall等 空港までは40～60分 いつもマニラ訪問のベースにしています。

Pleasent stay, kind and helpfull staff all around, nice swimmingpool area. Good cleaning. All in all a very nice place to stay. A very good alternativ to a hotel.
