very specious room and affordable price it is worth it to stay I highly recommend

Great location for transit travelers. Only downside is the traffic noise at night when you sleep.

Handy to terminals, in a good area. Walked the back streets at night, had some great bbq. People very friendly and a well kept neighbourhood. Always good to share a Red Horse with a local.

Staff and hotel were nice, but local street noise was a little loud and breakfast was a little lacking. Overall, I was happy with the stay.

A bit run-down, but a great value for the price. Perfect for a one-night stay when you have a flight the next day, as there's freen breakfast and even a free airport shuttle.

I booked for two persons, but in the room, we had one towel to share, one pillow on a queensize bed and one room key card. Granted I arrived later because my flight arrived late at night, but still. Voiced these issues to the front desk and every issue was addressed promptly. Area is alright with two convenience store nearby and easy access to Grab or taxis. Comfortable bed and toilet was a surprise. It was glassboxed but you can bring down a blinder to obscure the view. Was a funny surprise 😅 Aircon was powerful so very good with today's hot weather. Accomodating staff and helpful. Saw one fruitfly flying around but probably brought it in from outside, just worth mentioning i suppose. Thanks for a pleasant stay.

Closed to NAIA airport. No shops or restaurants nearby. Poor lighting in the hallways and hot. Free shuttle to thr airport which was nice: Friendly and helpful staff.

The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The hotel is also conveniently located close to the airport, which was a big plus, although it is situated on a very busy road. The only issue we experienced was during check-out. The air conditioner in our room was leaking, and I used a towel to absorb the water. The towel became stained, and they’re trying to charge for it. I found this disappointing, as it was used to address a maintenance issue in the room. In my experience, it is uncommon for guests to be charged for a towel that became dirty under those circumstances. Overall, the staff and accommodations were great, but this situation left a negative impression at the end of our stay.

Basic amenities not complete there is no hand soap when we came even napkins in the room at that time . I need to call the front desk ask for the hand soap .

I had an amazing experience at Skyport Hotel. We arrived around 3:30 AM, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. They helped us arrange an early check-in with a fee, which truly helped us a lot after a long trip. Their kindness and professionalism made us feel welcomed right away. I especially want to recognize Leigh, the doorman, for being incredibly helpful and always assisting us with a smile. He made sure all our needs were taken care of and provided outstanding customer service throughout our stay. I would also like to thank Princess, Rachelle, Lana, Ella, Shean Jamby, Elline Chel, Ronan Vercel, Joana, Ritch Ann, JoyNoy, Andrea, Kenneth, and Marga for making our vacation unforgettable. Everyone was friendly, accommodating, and made us feel truly valued as guests. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay comfortable, memorable, and enjoyable. We will definitely remember the excellent hospitality and look forward to staying again in the future!

Almost all factors are excellent except for the noise. Maybe because our room is near a waiting area in the third floor.

You can hear everything from the other rooms. Too noisy

Air conditioner didn't work properly had them come up didnt fix it no hot water the elevator didn't work had to use the stairs where all the construction was going on
