Wifi would come and go. It was pretty much non existent. Room was nice and clean.

Room number 323 was excellently presented. Bathroom was as new finished to very standard Had to request more towels - only one was provided. Included breakfast was very poor for a westerner’s taste. It took almost an hour before it was served This was unimportant since we would eat at the airport lounge. Staff all tried hard to please. Extremely good value for overnight between flights We will use this hotel next time

I booked this hotel that was flying to Sweden and needed to stay over 1 night in manila . And next tlme I will choose a different hotel . The only good thing is that it’s close to the airport. When she first arrived she was told that she had to pay a 2000php deposit (absolutely no information about this before check-in) . The hotel also informed that it could take up to 2 months before they would pay back the deposit , or they might keep the deposit and not pay it back at all. - The first room she was offered had lots mosquitos in the room so she had to ask for a different room . -There was no towel in the second room she moved to and it took a long tlme before a towel was finally delivered to the room . -No traschcan in the room - No mug in the room for drinking coffee -The front desk did not inform her if there was wifi available at the hotel . - The breakfast was not very good either for the price of the room I also tried to send many messages to the hotel prior to checkin asking if airport transfer and other practical questions. The hotel completely ignored all my messages and didn’t reply ay all . Next time I will choose a different hotel there are several better close to the airport . I do not recommend this place . It will be interesting to see if they decide to return the 2000php ( after a few months ) or if they will steal the money .

We could not find the shuttle at the airport, so we took a coupon taxi for 300.00 PHP. The hotel is really great and this was my second stay. It is clean, but no restaurant. You need to order from the restaurant close by (delivery) or use the Grab App for food. We love it

The room is perfect for a short overnight or a longer stay. It is 10 min drive from Terminal 2. The fee for shuttle or taxi is close to 1,200PHP, $20-$25 (which is in my opinion excessive.) taxis from the airport are about the same…but only 100PHP to take taxi TO the airport by taxi. The property does not communicate via the messaging service on this app. You must call them…so, in short, the transfer service(s) is the worse part. Everything else is great! I will stay here again soon.

Air conditioner was great! Only complaint I have is going to the 11th floor and I guess other high floor is a maze. Maybe they are fixing up the hotel. Other than that great place

The hotel is located on a very busy road and the noise from the traffic was very bad and lasted all night long. The amenities were minimal in the room , no hand soap or hand towels and coffee cups were also not available although kettle and instant coffee was supplied. The room was clean and air conditioning worked well. No restaurant on site.

Tried to organise airport shuttle after 6pm and hotel emailed me with details. On arrival I called and the receptionist said they could OT do shuttle after 6pm. Hotel is under construction. They were installing doors with power tools when we arrived at 9:30pm. Few rooms down there was no door yet and windows hadn't been installed. It was open access from hallway to a sheer drop from 12 stories up. Did I mention there was no door keeping people out of the construction area? Hotel is near airport but without shuttle, taxi drivers will try to charge over 4000 PHP for the trip.Might as well spend a bit more closer to the airport and avoid the hassle.

We had an early flight the following morning, so we stayed there. The staff was very friendly, and the room was nice and clean. Plus, the room rate was very reasonable. The only negative I would note is that there's a lot of outside noise you can hear in the room, which did impact our sleep a little bit. Otherwise, if you're looking for a hotel to spend the night in prior to your departure, I would recommend this hotel. But outside of that, I would look elsewhere.

wifi was good, staff were super nice. room was big and roomy my daughter loved running around and climbing on the back of the couch. aircon was a little on the weak side but did get the room cold, it just took an hour. we did arrive at a hot time. beds were comfy, my wife wanted to take a comforter home. the shower could use a curb or door or both. the room had no cups for the coffee station and we had to ask twice for it, we waited 3 hours after first ask. it also only had 4 packets of instant coffee, 4 packets of creamer and 4 packs of brown sugar. it was a 4 guest room but thats a little light on supplies. a couple outlets were damaged and would not take plugs. if i were staying there a week it would be a little annoying with the quirks. but one night the problems seemed like nothing.

Booked for a 4 guests and only provided 2 bath towels, had to call the receptionist and what more worst is no toilet paper on the washroom. So disappointed and not satisfied with the stay.

Best place, after horrible tries booking properties on airbnb, this is the best place to stay

The only problem I had with this hotel was the smell. It’s very strong but honestly not a dealbreaker for the deal. There were flies in my first room but they had to move me because they were doing construction at 8pm and I had an early flight. After the move it was great but that smell was everywhere. It’s like old water? Idk how to describe it. My sense of smell is insane so it’s probably not that noticeable to normal people. Regardless I would go back. In a heart beat.
