서밋 호텔 마그놀리아

케손시티 로빈손내에 있는 호텔이라 호텔로비 옆 문으로 바로 로빈슨이 연결되어 특히 여성분들은 편한 쇼핑을 즐길수 있는 호텔 또한 유명 음식점이 7시부터 시작을 해서 아침도 쉽게 먹을수 있슴 다만 유지보수를 잘 안했는지 많은 부분이 오래되고 깔끔치 않으며 특히 420호방 앞은 문 바로앞 2m에 간이 아침식당을 만들어 놔 오전내내 시끄럽고 냄새로 별로 좋지 않았슴 또한 엘리베이터 역시 오래되 곧 고장날듯해 안전에도 불안한 감을 느낌 이 호털은 가격도 싸고 쇼핑몰 내에 있어 편리함을 원하면 좋지만 안락하고 깨끗하고 좋은 호털을 원한다면 추천하지 못함

Stayed at family room alone. Probably one of expensive room in this hotel. Several cockrouches in bathroom. Left over snack in draw. Never ever come back here

Hotel staff were all accommodating, courteous and always with a smile on their face. Entire hotel was clean, always with refreshing scent in the air.

Excellent location; one suggestion would be to be responsive to messages sent via chat or text, or to ensure there will be a staff member to answer phone calls at any time. It would be good to get timely responses from hotel staff when guests use the chat or messaging feature on this platform, as most hotel guests staying at your property are likely from outside the Philippines.

convenient location with an outstanding staff in all departments. The hotel bathroom needs a deep cleaning. Regrout and get rid of hard water lime deposits on glass shower stall. Bathroom amenities are sparse. Need upgrades. Otherwise, all good.

If front office would insist on checking in guests via the computer set up at the lobby, maybe they should add another set up for when a guest’s reservation verification is taking a bit of time. Two machines should be ok. Very helpful and warm staff. We booked a suite, which is really spacious. The room assigned to us smelled like sewage, though. The room air freshener can’t mask the smell. Location is very good. Robinsons Magnolia is a great mall with excellent dining options.

We checked in with a newborn baby because of unforeseen circumstances at the condo we’re staying at. Since summit magnolia was the nearest and most reasonable rate we decided to book there, upon settling in we saw a big cockroach run from under the couch. We tried to kill it but it ran under the bed. When i told reception they didn’t seem to know what to do, especially since i told them bug spray is not an option since we have a newborn. She said she’ll have housekeeping check. When housekeeping finally arrived he said he’ll come back with bug spray which i again told him we have an infant. I suggested that we change our room. They gave us a handicap room where the bathroom floods when you shower. Also when i wanted to use the kettle, there was a disgusting looking residue on the spout. Cleanliness in this hotel is not priority
