The Victor Hotel

It's okay. It's just that my kids were not be able to watch the fireworks display from the window. And no bath tub

The rooms are spacious, clean and comfy at the same time for a cheap price, but don't expect too much. Expect base on the amount you paid. Food are okay. Service are okay also.

The building is repairing and so messy. The room is quite old though it is also wide place in central Makati with this price. I can't stand the bathroom which too old and dirty. Others are okay for this price

They didn't fulfill any of our requests. Then they only gave breakfast for 1 even though their site says 2. Plus the electricity wasn't working well at first. They also didn't give the balcony key even though we asked for it and the reception wasn't very welcoming. The lobby was under renovation and it was extremely hot.

The room is huge and we like it. Two thumbs up.

It was an awesome stay... been here for the 5th time and their staff are very accommodating.

Very cold air conditioner! But sad because WiFi is slow. Food is okay.

the room was nice, big with a veranda the main issue is the room has an old building smell and also the bed cover feel itchy breakfast was ok, overall is nice

I've been with this hotel many times already but this time was worst. Hindi nag faflash yung inodoro at barado yung sa shower. Hindi nag faflash. Nagbabaha yung CR sa Penthouse. Worst than ever. I hope they can work on it. Nakaka irota at nakakawalang gana.

It was not that awesome to begin with. The night shift receptionist who assisted was awesome. She was nice. The place is ok. There’s a not so good smell along the 12th floor hallway. Breakfast was served late. Need to make three calls for it to be served.

I expect staff will assist me with my luggage and usher me to my room but non, first ever hotel that no room boy as the guard told bout it.

It's my second time to stay in Victor Hotel. Thank you Traveloka. Overall? 8 out of 10. Hope ma fixed yung door knob. As in subrang hirap gamitin. Hehe.

It was my second stay at Victor Hotel. I stayed at Room 607. Everything was okay until I noticed some small cockroaches in the bathroom sink and ants crawling on the walls. I believe the hotel management should do some pest control.

The location is good. Very near to malls. The room is really big and very cheap. However its obvious that the place is really old. There are cockroaches and ants as well. So hopefully the place gets renovated.

Worst ever experience i had ever. 1. Time of check in i ask security guard 4 times "can i have glass of water" he replied sorry sir i can't leave my place and get you water 2. Checked in 8th floor which smells like extremely bad chicken farm or pigpen farm 3. Room furniture too old any time can fall down 4. Aircon was horrible noisy like diesel generator. Requested for room change - response no room available 5. Toilet seat without flush pipe 6. All place got ants and bed bugs 7. Ask for 2 empty plates - to use plates asking for additional charges 8. Lift is also smells bad 9. Totally non supportive staff, no cleanliness. Waste of 1682.00 Peso with bad exp. Stay homeless but never go to victor hotel.

The room is good but in the hallway the smell of cigarettes are not good to me.

It was good. But I hope they can provide telephones in each rooms so that it will not a waste of time for clients to go down for inquiries. They also have to place aircon at the elevator. Subrang init. But yung room, it was great really.
