V 호텔

위치도 좋고, 직원들도 매우 친절하며, 객실도 괜찮습니다.

이 호텔에 대해 제가 꽤 좋아하는 점이 있습니다. 약간 부티크 느낌이고 직원들은 항상 친절하고, 예의 바르고, 도움이 되고 친절합니다. 저는 과거에 여러 번 여기에 머물렀지만 팬데믹 이후로는 다시 가지 않았습니다. 호텔은 약간 미끄러졌고, 약간 무관심했고, 바퀴벌레 몇 마리(마닐라에서는 피할 수 없는 일), 객실 냉장고는 교체가 필요했고, 주전자도 없었고, 객실에 물도 없었고, 객실을 다시 칠했을 때 생긴 페인트 얼룩/떨어짐이 있었는데, 리노베이션 후에 청소했어야 했고, 호텔에 약간 지친 느낌이 들었습니다. 그러나 그럼에도 불구하고 말라테의 번잡함 한가운데에 있는 여전히 사랑스럽고 차분하고 편안한 작은 호텔이고 직원들은 분명히 가지고 있는 작은 자원으로 열심히 일하고 손님을 돕는 것을 주저하지 않습니다. 저는 실제로 여기에서 4일 더 머물렀습니다. 하이라이트는 옥상 수영장과 접근성이었습니다. 마닐라와 로빈슨 몰이 있는 길 건너편 호텔 바로 뒤에는 지역 주민을 대상으로 하는 레스토랑이 있는데, 즉 관광객의 지갑을 비우려고 하지 않는 곳입니다.

This place is really great. . . Affordable, clean, and workers are very great. I will probably book and stay here again and will refer to the others. I have big smile in this hotel. Thank you so much 😊

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The rooms we got were okay and we had a relaxed stay. There were a lot of accessible places we got to go to like a Korean restaurant, dessert place, and a cafe that was just across the street.

The staffs are accommodating.Especially to the guard who assisted me in my luggage to be kept before my flight and help me to get a car.Thank you po😊

The toilet door position is inappropriate because when you open it blocked the way to shower position. The space between lowest edge of the door against the floor is too big that it allows any sound from outside to got through. Thus, it disturbs other guests. Housekeeping staff on same floor of my room was doing maintenance at 1130 pm. Again disturbing my rest and other guests. He also left cleaning chemical on the floor and it stings inside the room. The photos in app was not the same as what it is in reality. As soon as I checked in the telephone was not working.

I travel with my mom the room is suitable and clean. All staffs are very friendly.

Aircon is not as cold as my guests expected.

The hotel near pub and bar. Bad area to bring kids. Really noisy, AC was not in proper function.

The place is nice and clean. There is just a problem in the net connection.

everything not really bad but not good at all. the room is quite old and smelling also the toilet. it seem like no one stay there for long times and they not taking care of the room. And breakfast in the morning I have to wait for very long time even it not crowded. There were 3 people but only 1 waiter was on serving customer. another is chef. and 1 more person that one I want to complain, he did nothing. only sit inside the bar. when I asked him to order food, he stared at me and said : Sit down . then I have to sit and wait until the waiter come. He only look at the waiter was running there to do everything without help. I don't know what he is but I think he need to support partner and he need to improve the attitude with customer. anyway the waiter and the security very nice. it was the so so place to stay. I am not recommend anyone to stay here

Room assigned to me no so good looks untidy. No complementary bottled water. During the breakfast time I have to bring glasses of water from the resto to my room at 6f. Swimming area still closed even its 10am. I have to call 3x before it was opened.

no parking space... only 2 cars... need to request toiletries not ready available in the room.
