The room was very clean and very quiet. I will was thankful that it was close to the airport. Staff was very attentive.

only pluses are cost, location to airport. its ok, relatively clean. no amenities, no functional restauratant. nothing close by.

Hotel tranquille, propre, le restaurant reste à désirer, pas beaucoup de choix et froid. Tout est loin, quartier industriel. Pour une dernière journée avant le retour a là maison, se reposer c’était parfait. Le personnel etait très gentil.

Very accomodating staff

A/C didnt work in the first room. In the new room it was great. I extended the stay and explained I would be having an additional guest. Ater they arrived I was told there was an additional 500 php per day charged for the additional guest. We ordered room service and they kept leaving the dirty plates in th w room, despite stopping at the front desk and asking for someone to come take them. The housekeepi g never made the beds or changed the sheets and I had to go to request fresh towels. The staff wereall polite, but the followthriugh needs work. Often I would call the front desk with a request only to have to walk down later to get someone to follow up. The rol. Was booked for 5. We git 2 compli.entary breakfast and 2 bottles of water. All other refreshments could be cgarged to the room. My suggestion is download the grab app and have food delivered. There us a waterpark next door. The large slides and wavepool were out if servIce. This hotel is not near anything. You will have to take a Grab. Personally I would not recommend thus hotel for more than a day or two. You are better off spending 2x the price because you will wind up spending it on transportation as well as wasting time waiting for the ride.

Nice room, but lower your expectations of the waterpark. Most slides are out of service. But compared to a hotel with a regular pool, this place is great

Supert hotell med gode bade fasiliteter.

Staff was great, refrigerator was broken, then, they brought another broken one and on a third one, it finally worked 8 hours later. No flushing water, they brought a bucket and a tabo. There are a lot of humidifiers in the hallway on the first floor it makes you wonder if they have mold issues and they're trying to cover up the smell. Half the watersides were shut down and the wave pool is empty. The lazy river float on the raft is not operating. Many of the safety rails around the water park are heavily rusted and unsafe.

We had a wonderful stay at Waterworld Hotel. From the very beginning, the staff were incredibly accommodating,polite, professional, and attentive. From airport pickup all the way until check-out, everything was smooth and well taken care of. The restaurant was beautiful, clean, and aesthetically pleasing, and the servers were very attentive. The entire place is gorgeous, spotless, and spacious,and most of all, very affordable. After flying miles and miles away from Canada, this place truly felt like a gem and is an absolute must try. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you so much for the wonderful accommodation and memorable stay and Good job to all the staff !!

Good big clean rooms great staff good food, down side not a lot close to hotel and Pepsi not coke to drink. Will definitely go back though
