단체여행객 위주인 호텔인듯 4일내내 애들 수학여행단체에 끼워서 배정되어서 시끄러위서 불편함 단체여행객이 문제가아니라 방 배정이 문제였음 스텝들은 친절했음

시내랑 떨어져 있어서 그 부분은 불편했지만 주변에 이케아랑 쇼핑몰이 큰곳이 있어서 좋았어요 규모가 있고 작지만 사우나 수영장 휘트니스센터도 이용가능합니다.

시내에서 거리가 멀지만 맛있는 조식을 먹을 수 있어서 좋았어요. 바로 옆에 있는 Premier 호텔에서 수영장과 사우나시설도 이용할 수 있어요

적당한 가격에 깨끗한 호텔

Cleaning was okay but hotel facility itself really needs renovation. Especially bed is small for two adults and umcomfortable. I stayed here for only 1 night but had neck and back pain. They charged parking but no worth as many people parked right outside the parking enterance bar for free.

Bad heating

Room was fine, bed was very uncomfortable and the elastic on the mattress protector was broken meaning the under sheet was wrinkled and came away from the mattress. Overhead light constantly flickered. Swimming pool was lovely, reception helpful and welcoming. Breakfast plentiful.

The staff were very polite and willing to help. We checked in at 2am and they organised our taxi for 5am.

Despite having requested a room cleaning, when I returned back around 4:00 PM, the room still hadn't been made up (with the "make up my room" sign still attached to the door). I requested a cleaning, specifying that I would be going out again for a couple of hours to the SPA Center, and they assured me the staff would come immediately. When I returned, the room still hadn't been cleaned. I went back to reception, and the staff was even rude, claiming that the hotel was full and that the cleaners would be working until 8:00 PM! Unacceptable. I will never book here again. Furthermore, the SPA Center shown in the photos isn't inside the hotel, but in an adjacent building. It's certainly close (a 1-2 minute walk), but you still have to leave the hotel to enter another building.

Personnel accueillant et professionnel. Bon hôtel mais parking payant. Grande chambre confortable mais sale sous un lit. Erreur lors du check-in (chambre déjà occupée) mais résolution rapide ! Petit-déjeuner en buffet immense.

Outstanding breakfast service. Food variety and quality is amazing. Unbelievable water pressure in the shower room is another thing that was surprising to me, hold that showerhead firm or jet propulsion

Great for a little out of the way hotel, easy to get a bolt or uber and 20 min drive to the city. Lovely hotel and breakfast

Great property and prompt service

Everything was perfect except not to places to eat close by, but they do have Uber Eats

It was a great location with only 10 min taxi to the airport however it was dated.

The hotel overall is nice, clean and the staff was super friendly. However, what surprised me was that the pool was for an additional fee. I do not know if Orbitz forgot to mention about it or the hotel. Also, no mini fridge in the room was unacceptable. Breakfast was tasty but pricey. The location is quite good, close to mall and convivence stores. Also, be prepare to pay for the parking lot.

The hotel was very good, but they would charge extra for using the pool. The mini bar was more like a box for storing things. It would never cool. The service desk was usually empty. We had to ring the bell for assistance. It was very far from the old town. Once in the old town, it was very hard to find a parking spot.

Für eine Nacht akzeptabel. Etwas abgewohnt, Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht, Spülung im Bad auch nur manchmal. Frühstück im Nachbarhotel, genauso wie das Restaurant. Parkplatz kostenpflichtig. Auf keinen Fall 4 Sterne. Freundliche Mitarbeiter, werde aber nicht noch mal dort buchen.
