아조리스 파이알 가든

We had a lovely stay at the Azoris Faial Garden hotel. Fabulous views of Pico island and lovely hotel grounds. Food was very good, plenty of choice at breakfast and all food clearly labelled for allergens. The only thing missing was tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

Staff are wonderful. The facilities are superb..

It is annoying that we have to pay for hair caps to use the pool There were cockroaches in the pool area around the jacuzzi. Otherwise it was very nice.

My room was very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was amazing.

Pools very nice-indoor and outdoor!! Great to have bar and food service by outdoor pool area with wonderful view of the bay and Pico Island!! Embroidered terry robes an outstanding touch too!!! Grounds absolutely amazing! Staff very friendly!!

Wir waren als Paar im Azoris Faial Garden und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Lage direkt am Meer mit Blick auf Pico ist einfach traumhaft. Das Hotel bietet einen schönen Garten, großzügigen Poolbereich und eine entspannte Atmosphäre – perfekt zum Erholen nach Ausflügen auf Faial. Unser Zimmer war sauber, komfortabel und ruhig. Wir haben das Restaurant nicht genutzt, aber das Frühstück war absolut in Ordnung. Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, um Horta und die Insel zu entdecken.

Everything was good except air conditioner could have wok better

Ein altes Haus es Potenzial hätten würde man etwas mehr Liebe hinein stecken. Das Angebot ist groß aber die Qualität leider eher schlecht. + Große Zimmer + Lage (sehr zentral) - harte Betten - Frühstück von schlechter Qualität. Kaffee unterirdisch. Man kann sich aber gegen Aufpreis vernünftigen Kaffee und auch Frühstück bestellen - Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Türen extrem laut. Man hört jeden Gast kommen und gehen. - Klimaanlage mit mangelnder Kühlleistung. Man bekommt den Schlaufraum auf max 23grad runter gekühlt. Klimaanlage bläst aufs Bett.

Horta is such a gem of an island—absolutely stunning! We booked this hotel last-minute and lucked out with one of the last two rooms available. Snagging the ocean view was totally worth it—the views were incredible and made for the perfect backdrop to our stay. The location couldn’t have been better! We were able to walk to just about everything, which made exploring so easy and fun. Pro tip: make sure to catch the sunset just down the street by the beach—it’s pure magic. I treated myself to a massage during our stay, and as a massage therapist myself, I can honestly say she was fantastic! Super skilled and totally relaxing. The massage table (and the bed in the room) was on the firmer side, but hey, that’s a small tradeoff for everything else this place offers. Breakfast was super convenient and kept us full for our adventures, and the omelets by the pool bar? Absolutely delicious! We had a little hiccup during our stay, possibly due to a language barrier at first, but once another staff member stepped in, it was handled quickly and kindly—big points for service recovery! Yes, the hotel has a bit of a vintage vibe and the AC wasn’t exactly the best, but honestly, the unbeatable location and easy access to everything (especially the marina—perfect if you’re into fishing!) made it a fantastic choice. All in all, this place made our Horta getaway extra memorable. Would happily stay again!

A very nice hotel with central location in Horta, however the interior in the room was very old, and the carpet and closets didn't smell very good.

Uns hat das erste Zimmer nicht ganz zu gesagt, man hat uns aber direkt ein sehr schoenes neues Zimmer gegeben. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit.

The hotel is a lovely property, the pool is fantastic with a beautiful ocean view, and the complimentary breakfast is high quality with many choices. The rooms are a bit dated with quite firm beds, but are otherwise comfortable. The location is excellent with an easy walk to the city center.

Insgesamt nettes Hotel mit schöner Anlage, super Lage und alles sehr sauber, guter Service. Leider sind die Zimmer und Flure sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Und die Liegen am Pool sind extrem hart. Eher überraschend fanden wir die Tatsache, dass der Indoorpool nur mit Badekappe genutzt werden darf.
