Make sure you are able to receive the check-in info beforehand. We had no service at the property and were unable to enter right away after a long flight. The manager was very accommodating once we made it in with passcode and we were able to test as soon as we entered the building. It’s very secure and in a perfect location. We had a wonderful first day exploring Belem. Beds are comfortable and it wasn’t noisy. Thank you!

Safe, Clean, Quiet. Staff is friendly, easy access. Lots of stairs to my room on the 3rd floor. Beds were extra, extra firm which some people may like. Not for me, uncomfortable bed in that it was so hard. Otherwise would recommend.

It was great

Really enjoyed the place. Very secure. If you get a room next to the street can be noisy in the morning. Safe can be picked up easily and walked out with. No real bathroom amenities could use nicer towels these were like sandpaper however would stay. If you have any back or leg problems there is no elevator lots of stairs.

L'emplacement est génial si vous voulez visiter Belem. Il se trouve en haut de Patéis de Belem et du monastère. L'autobus et tramway sont tout près. Prévoir qu'il n'y a pas d'ascenceur­ et vous devrez monter minimum un étage. Le problème majeur est la chasse d'eau des toilettes. La pompe lorsque vous tirez la chasse fait un vacarme d'enfer même en pleine nuit. Il n'y a pas de grille-pain ni de cafetière. Nous avons choisi une chambre privée avec poêle et frigo et une salle de bain privée. Nous étions situés au premier étage à côté de la terrasse où se trouvent laveuse/sécheuse de l'établissement. Donc, si vous ouvrez les seules fenêtres (elles donnent sur cette terrasse). Si vous arrivez avant midi, il n'y a personne à la réception et vous avez besoin d'un code pour ouvrir la porte. C'était très propre.

This hotel is in the middle of everything in Belium! The staff were excellent! Really enjoyed the size and acomidation of my studio and kitchen! Really liked the patio area on the 1st floor!

Clean room, great location right next to the famous cafe of Belem. Did have to carry the luggage up some steep stairs.

A localização é muito boa, o quarto é espaçoso e tudo limpo, além disso, os funcionários são simpáticos e solicitos. O único ponto negativo é que não tem elevador, sendo que os lances de escadas são longos.

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. When I walked into the reception, the smell of the property immediately made it feel like a junkyard. There was nobody at the reception desk, and at that point I was already considering booking another hotel right away—but I decided to at least see the room. When I finally got to the room, it was even more uncomfortable than the reception area. The smell persisted, and you could hear everything happening next door, including someone’s phone buzzing, as if they were inside your room. I booked another hotel within 10 minutes and left. I didn’t even care about getting a refund, Just I cannot imagine staying there for more than 30 minutes. Simply unacceptable standards for a hotel. Also a lot of homeless in the area and one of the homeless man was sitting right in front of the hotel entrance, chanting something weird. Can’t imagine a family staying there how unsafe it would be.

Tudo maravilhoso. Só percebemos um cheiro de mofo (movel antigo) mas que saiu assim que abrimos a janela e ligamos o ar-condicionado. Tirando isso, a estadia foi ótima. Excelente acomodação.

The room was big, well located and very clean. The staff explained everything and gave good recommendations.

Nice room, its a old building with charm but very comfortable for a couple. No issues with walking upstairs... felt secured and it in the middle of street and walk to many key touristic places. Enjoyed it.

Clean room and all amenities as described and expected. The best part was our ease of check in and out and our wonderful host, he was delightful and showed us around our building and neighborhood. The views of the city were amazing from our room on the 3rd floor with access to downtown Belem.
