성조르제성이랑 가까워요 엄청 대박 포르타스두솔 전망대도 가까워요 테라스가 있어서 경치도 좋을듯해요(테라스 이용안해봄) 포르투갈이 지형이 언덕이라 있어서 평지가 거의 없고 다 언덕이라고 보시면 되는데 그럼에도 엄청 높은곳에 있어요... 리스본 언덕중 가장 높은 언덕에 있다는 성 조르제성이랑 가까우면 얼마나 높은 곳일지 대충 감이 오실듯 해요 핑구도스 찾으셔서 그 엘리베이터를 타고 오면 그나마 조금 가깝겠네요 제가 묵었던 방 침대는 소리가 엄청 났어요.. 움직일때마다 삐그덕ㅜㅜ 마지막날 구경할꺼 다 구경하고, 한국가기전에 묵었던 곳이라 그럭저럭 괜찮았던듯해요 리셉션 직원들 친절해요! 저희가 영어를 잘 못해서? 포르투갈 영어발음이 좀쌔서? 제대로 못알아들었는데 친절하게 구글 번역기도 돌려주고, 감사했어요. 열쇠를 리셉션에 맡기고 와따가따 해야되서 조금 불편했네요..

사진보다 배정받은 방은 조금 별로였어요. 에어컨도 관리상태가 좋지는 않았고 방에 먼지도 전반적으로 많구요. 멀리 바다 풍경과 다리는 멋졌고 바로 위에 상조르주성이 있어서 금방 다녀올 수 있었답니다. 아침은 기본적인 것들이 제공되어 간단히 먹을수 있었고 위치는 언덕에 있어서 짐끌고 가시기엔 힘들거예요..택시 추천합니다.

A very warm welcome on our arrival, who offered us complimentary drinks after a long day travelling. We were shown our room on the 2nd floor (room 4) and it was spotless and was a very large room. Wonderful views of the river. All the front of house staff we saw were very friendly each time we saw them. I cannot comment on the breakfast or the food as we ate out during our stay. The hotel is up a hill but they have steps and a local elevator that takes you down to the lower level of Lisbon. But this didnt cause any problems for us but it may if you struggle with walking. But we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

スタッフの方は皆親切でした。 到着が、深夜になり空港から配車アプリでホテルに向かった所、進入禁止の為100m程手前で降ろされ坂道をスーツケースを引っ張って登ってた所スタッフの方が迎えに来てくれました。帰りも配車場所迄スーツケースを運んで頂き助かりました。(タクシーは玄関前迄入れます。)ホテルは年数が経つてますが，部屋はリフォームされて清潔です。壁が薄いのか隣りの音が少し気になりました。 　

it is a old property but is very well maintained and clean. nice area. close to Castello de San Jorge. nice and very friendly staff.

The most polite helpful staff ever. They carried my suitcases up 90 stairs. Very clean and comfortable

My fiancé and I had a wonderful time in Lisbon, thanks to our relaxing stay at this hotel. The service was exceptional, the food was delicious, and the location was perfect. Each morning, we had breakfast with an awesome view of the river and city. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

The staff and room were great! Felt very welcomed and given all the information we wanted.

The staff were amazingly accommodating and did everything to make us comfortable. Francois went above and beyond to help us - complete with carrying our luggage up & down a very steep hill. We would highly recommend this sweet hotel

Super location! Beautiful rooms and a great view of the river from our room and their dining terrace. Breakfast was not only delicious but reasonable. The service was outstanding by all staff… they clearly love what they do.

Our stay was truly wonderful. Bruno and his staff always went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The hotel’s location couldn’t be more perfect and the views were absolutely breathtaking. A quick walk from the public elevators made everything just steps away. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort, charm, and excellent service.

Sentralt på høyden nedenfor slottet. Bolt og uber stopper ikke ved døra. Må gå litt. Trange trapper opp etasjene til rommet, men de ansatte er innstilte på å bære bagasjen. Restaurant med utsikt og terrasse med enkel mat ved resepsjonen. Hyggelig personale. Stort rom, men utsikt opp mot slottet. Klønete baderomsdørløsning. «Terrassen» er en trang mezzanin med air-con bokser i veien. Hyggelig med velkomstdrikk. Kjøleskap på rommet.

It was an amazing stay from begining to end. The staff was so friendly abd accomodating and went above & beyond any hotel we stayed at it in Portugal. The views & location are amaxing. I highly Recommend the Top Floor Terrace Room.

I will start with the negative to end on a positive note. This hotel is an old building with NO ELEVATOR. It is unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues or a heart condition. Our balcony suite was 82 steps up on the fifth floor (floor six in the US). I am giving it a one-star due to the lack of a clear warning about this. The “suite” was an average room with no working station. The unshaded terrace had a southern exposure so it could not be used either on hot sunny days during peak temperatures (2PM to 6PM), or on rainy days. The bathroom had weak water pressure and it took three minutes to get hot water. Now for the good. The spacious terrace featured a TRULY SPECTACULAR VIEW of the river. We didn't want to leave (not least because we would had to climb 82 steps to get back up.) The staff were super friendly and helpful without exception. The complimentary port carafe in the room was a nice touch. The location was a four-minute walk to Saint George’s Castle and a public elevator that saved seven floors of steps to town. Hint: Skip the hotel breakfast. Plenty of nice eateries are nearby.

We stayed in the terrace suite, Santa Catarina. The view was literally the best view in Lisbon and we didn’t want to leave the patio. The staff was amazing and they took care of the luggage, but still a bit of up and down and not great if you have mobility issues. Only drawback was 5-6 flights of stairs and no elevator. Service was fantastic

All in all great hotel! Excellent location, friendly staff, safe and quiet! Only thing missing is the mosquito screen on the windows.
