찾아 가기 힘든 위치에 있으며 호텔스닷컴의 지도에 표시돤 것과 실제 호텔의 위치가 다름(주소는 동일) 방에 여기저기 머리카락이 있으며 수건에서도 머리카락이 나옴 샤워의 나무판 밑은 청소를 안하는 듯 냄새가 나고 물이 잘 안빠짐

Carpet was a bit old and dirt and really brought down the quality of the place. Everything else was fine but the carpet gave a yucky feeling so I wouldn’t come back until they have proper flooring. The breakfast had a good selection but I wish they didn’t have the weird rule of not allowing to have breakfast in the outside area which is just next to the breakfast area. Apartment lot it was the “boss’s rules”. Are we children and not allowed outside with the pretty view? The swimming pool and spa was good and not very busy.

Décevant pour le prix payé J’ai séjourné dans cet hôtel en pensant profiter d’un certain standing étant donné le tarif élevé, mais j’ai été assez déçu. Les matelas sont inconfortables et mériteraient clairement d’être changés – pas à la hauteur d’un hôtel de ce niveau. Par ailleurs, le manque d’informations à l’arrivée (sur les services, les horaires, ou les équipements) a rendu le séjour moins agréable. Le cadre ou l’emplacement peut être correct, mais cela ne justifie pas le prix demandé. Rapport qualité-prix très discutable

We stayed in the suites, which were huge. I think there’s only one on each floor. It was a lot of volume to cool, but the Air conditioning was able to work really well in one of our two rooms and it worked OK in the other. Considering that we were sleeping 4 people in each room, he should’ve had a better sofa bed. The slots were so bent and broken, and the mattress is only like 2 inches thick. My teenage son did not get a good nights sleep because of this. They were nice enough to bring a second 2 inch mattress making it thicker but it was still sagging. Considering these were suites of the hotel, they should have the nicest mattresses for the sofa bed. Then one of my other teenage son slept in the second night and his back and shoulder were sore for days. Property itself is beautiful with the swimming pool and the incredible views. The staff was nice. I think they just need to address the sofa bed issue. Sleep is usually the number one priority for travelers.

Achamos fraco para um hotel de 4 estrelas Ac não funcionava, interruptor do meu lado da cama não funcionava Cama extra era extremamente desconfortável. Alcatifa encardida

Utmärkt personal och trevligt bemötande i receptionen. Personalen i restauranten mycket vänlig, men de talade mycket bristfällig engelska vilket gav upphov till missförstånd. Frukosten var inte den bästa. Inga grönsaker och bristande variation på bröd, ost, youghurt, müsli etc. Ojämn kvalite på middagsmaten. Saknade möjlighet att äta frukost och middag på terassen. Stora luftiga rum med terass mot ett trivsamt poolområde. Ingen service vidpoolområdet. Personal kunde gärna ha torkat av dynor och solstolar efter regn. Bra och kostnadsfria parkeringsmöjligheter.

O Hotel tem um enquandramento paisagístico excecional, onde impera o silêncio e o ar puro. Cenário ideal para uns dias de descanso retemperador.Os funcionários foram bastante atenciosos e muito simpáticos. Tratando-se de um espaço classificado com 4 estrelas, duas notas menos positivas que nos parecem merecer um upgrade: a falta de conservação de algumas áreas e a reduzida diversidade de produtos ao pequeno almoço, nomeadamente naturais e autóctones. Apesar destes reparos, iremos aconselhar o hotel e, havendo oportunidade, tencionamos voltar.

The property is such a hidden gem, a quite get away but a 10 min drive into town, the staff was so helpful and kind.

Hotel espectacular, precioso, cuidado hasta el mínimo detalle tanto dentro como fuera. Desayuno sensacional, piscina chulisima, muy cómoda para ir con niños, hamacas abundantes, si están todas cogidas ponen más (esto nunca lo había visto en ningún hotel) Spa pequeño pero aceptable, personal muy amable. Cocteles en el chiringuito impresionantes. Lo único negativo es la carta de comida del chiringuito y el sofá cama de los niños que hacía mucho ruido con cada movimiento. el resto genial. Increíble

Hotel con buenas instalaciones en un entorno natural tranquilo. Las vistas espectaculares. Las habitaciones cómodas y de buen tamaño. La piscina quizás se queda un poco pequeña y el spa es muy sencillo. En cualquier caso es una opción muy recomendable si estás de paso o buscas tranquilidad y desconexión

Excelente todo o atendimento e condições de alojamento. Os quartos no R/C com acesso à piscina são fantásticos ! Especialmente para quem tem crianças/bebe.

Tres bien passé dans l'ensemble. Très peu de monde dans l'hôtel au moment de notre sejour. Espace piscine au top, dommage le hammam est fermé ... Petit dejeuner servi un peu tard pour les voyages d'affaires, et prix du pdj et de la chambre un peu elevé à mon gout. Dans lensemble c'était top.

Nice modern hotel in the countryside but not far from the city. Very large room with all comodities. Swimmingpool outside and spa. Good restaurant

Magnifique hôtel qui manque d’entretien (moquettes tachées,murs salis,électricité ne fonctionne pas partout,côté lit en simili cuir qui s’épluche,piscine sale pas de bains de soleil Nous venons dans cet hôtel depuis 5 ans et constatons un manque réel d’entretien et du laisser aller et mais cela n’est pas nouveau un réel manque d’empathie du personnel Vraiment dommage car très bel enveloppe immobilière

Hotel muito bonito, agradável no entanto tem espaço a muitas melhorias. Situa-se numa zona com uma paisagem maravilhosa. Os funcionários são simpáticos mas nota-se alguma desmotivação. Ao longo do hotel nota-se que existe uma falta enorme de manutenção pelo espaço. As camas e cadeiras necessitam de renovação e o espaço necessita de uma pintura. O pequeno almoço não é nada mau, tem uma variedade intermédia. Apesar de tudo gostei do hotel e da zona, foi uma experiência positiva.

Excelente estadia com um quarto espaçoso, pequeno almoço muito saboroso e um bom spa. No entanto, é de salientar que devido a algum tipo de falha, tanto a internet como a televisão não funcionavam e o hotel precisa seriamente de manutenção pois toda a mobília e carpetes se encontram visivelmente em mau estado.
