Super godt hotel. Det hele var super rent, spaen var mega fed, og maden var rigtig god. Aftensmaden var lidt dyrere end at gå ned i byen, men maden var til gengæld helt vildt god. En dag fik vi for eksempel beef wellington, hvilket var super lækkert.

Overall my friend and I enjoyed our stay at the Views. We had a nice room with the small balcony and windows looking out at the mountain. However, we still had a great view of Funchal. We ate at the Bayview restaurant 4 out of 8 nights. The food was decent but nothing to rave about. Though my friend said the shrimp and fish he had were excellent. A few times we used the indoor pool and sauna which were pretty good. However, for the amount of guests, the hotel should have more than one tiny jacuzzi. The biggest issue we had was the hotel parking. If we had dinner in the town, coming back to the hotel at around 10 PM, finding the parking on the premises was extremely difficult. That gave my friend a lot of unnecessary stress. Other than that, the stay was pleasant.

Super uitgebreid ontbijt met dagelijks wat variatie. Gratis parkeren voor een huurwagen is mooi meegenomen. Zeer behulpzaam personeel. Locatie is meer dan ok. Op een 20 tal minuten wandelen sta je in het centrum of aan de haven. Spa faciliteiten zijn ok ok, net als de gym. Eerste keer een adults only hotel. Was geen bewuste keuze maar zeker voor herhaling vatbaar. Zeer relaxte sfeer in gans het hotel.

We had a wonderful few nights at this hotel.
Staff were amazing, especially the chap at the pool bar.
This was a repeat visit for me and I'd have no hesitation in returning in future. Comfortable rooms, great service, incredible choice at breakfast and dinner and of course wonderful leisure facilities.
Thank you for making our birthday celebration so special.

Zimmer war sauberund Aussenpool sehr schön, für den Verkehrslärm können sie nichts dafür. Ansonsten Zimmer sehr alt wie auch das Bad. Nicht wirklich was man von 4Sternen erwarten würde oder erwartet hat.

Vi är återkommande gäster och trivs väldigt bra. Rummen är stora och har sedan förra året ny bäddmadrass. Rent och snyggt, men valfri nivå på städning under vistelsen.
Frukosten är väldigt bra, pool handduk ingår, och all personal är serviceinriktad och trevlig. Ligger högt, med promenadavstånd till centrum.
Vi kommer tillbaka!

The Views Baia is an excellent hotel in every respect...beautifully decorated throughout, a gorgeous room with great, (in my case 'Mountain), views, scrupulously clean throughout, very well managed by friendly, efficient and trustworthy staff, from cleaners to management. The buffet breakfast is superb, and the facilities top notch, beautifully maintained, and available to all. The outdoor pool has food and drink services, clean and comfortable sun loungers, and is very well looked after. The gym and spa areas lovely, with a warm indoor pool, (complete with all sorts of fun bubbly bits and a jacuzzi), sauna, Turkish bath, showers and relaxation areas.
The bar area is comfortable and relaxed, and has gentle music entertainment every evening, should you wish to meet up.
There is a free shuttle bus to and from the promenade, (albeit that these are not frequent), and, although there are hills to negotiate, it's easy walking down hill into the centre of Funchal. If you don't want to walk there are many options for transport..Bolt, Uber, Taxi and bus. I cannot rate this hotel highly enough...it's lovely....thank you to all there who made my solo stay so relaxed.

Enjoyed our stay alot. Absolutely gorg views from the hotel. The restaurant serves really good food, the evening service is really recommended. Staff is doing a perfect job. Friendly, always being attentive and just makes you feel welcome. The rooms are the only thing that could be a bit updated. At first we got a room on the first floor, felt like a dungeon. We were able to change room the the third floor the second day. Def better, the view from the balcony was abs. fantastic. Although the walls and furniture could need some tlc as they had a lot of scrapes and felt a bit dated. Still so worth it though

Grosszügiges Zimmer und grosse Auswahl beim Frühstück. Toller Ausblick auf die Stadt Funchal und das Meer. Das Stadtzentrum ist zur Fuss in ca. 15 Minuten gut erreichbar. Trotz zentraler Lage gibt es Parkplätze.
