Great location, fantastic view, professional and friendly staffs and services. One of the best breakfast menu I had. This top notch hotel set the example for what Boutique Hotel should be. Thumbs-up!

넓고 쾌적한 룸, 너무너무 친절하고 따뜻한 직원분들 덕에 편안하게 묵었습니다. 도심에서 15분 정도는 걸어나와야 해서 조금 불편하지만 택시 이용하면 금방이에요!

정말 좋았어요. 신혼여행으로 갔던 숙소 중에 가장 예쁘고 분위기 좋고 스태프도 친절하고! 조식은 사실 보통인데 강 보면서 먹을 수 있고 공간 자체가 예쁘네요. 각 방마다 유명 화가를 컨셉으로 꾸며놓았고 그 부분이 특색있게 느껴지네요. 다시 한번 포르투를 가더라도 방문할 의사가 있어요. 메인 관광지랑도 크게 멀지 않고 걸어다닐만 해요.

독특한 느낌의 부티끄 호텔입니다. 이곳만의 색깔이 가득해요. 강변뷰도 보입니다ㅎㅎ

Unfortunately, my friends and I had to switch rooms during our stay. For over £300 a night, we did not have the best views, with some balconies facing a wall. We moved because our original room felt very cramped, and we were given a disabled room where the sink was hanging off the wall due to someone leaning on it. We also didn't have an iron provided initially; it took three days of asking before we received one. After using it for some ironing, we had room service, but the iron was taken away afterward. We had hidden it, as we needed it again, but the staff still removed it. Additionally, there were bleach-stained carpets in the hallways, which I would have expected them to replace considering the price of our stay. The food was also underwhelming, especially for a Michelin-starred hotel an bar was small. We were recommended a seafood restaurant, but we were not informed that it was also Michelin-starred and very expensive, located in a rundown area of Porto without sea views. I had specifically requested sea views for my father's 70th birthday, so be cautious when the staff recommend dining venues.(online photos were also misleading with beach views) Overall, I was disappointed with our stay. I also didn't feel comfortable swimming in the outdoor pool, as there were constantly pigeons and seagulls bathing in it. It was quite disappointing, sadly. HOWEVER the concierge staff were unbelievably polite and helpful and went above and beyond for us, that was a 5* experience.

Friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable staff. Eclectic design with local influence! My room was spectacular! The food was delicious and the hot tub was inviting. My friend and I visited the Spa and were delighted with the special care that we received. Thank you for assisting this disabled, senior citizen. Torcado was amazing, so helpful! Thank you!

Everything about this hotel was wonderful-especially the staff. I wish it was better located. A bit off the beaten path for me. Also needed to ask the front desk to turn on the AC in my room each night. I don’t know why this was a thing. We would leave for the day and the AC would stop running, so we returned to a very hot room. Tried to turn on AC but wouldn’t respond.

Positive feedback: Nice view, nice breakfast negative feedback: disappointed with the room, smallest shower I have had for an executive room, and I’m not tall and big! And unfortunately not clean properly. No upgrade available either. huge disappointment with the pool area … we were told not open before the 1/05 for the summer season…but no communication on the website for that! And we came the weekend before the opening and it was sunny & hot, no compromise…really a shame as we booked for the pool area mainly! No early check in or late check out possible for a gold member… The hotel is not far from the historic city center (on top of the hill). Ribeira area 25mns by walk up&down

The worst checkin of my life. Very slow and when finally someone from the staff showed, another staff member showed up and both of them started arguing in Portuguese making it a very uncomfortable moment. I was offered literally “a sip” of espumante, then they gave a tour of the entire hotel showing me the amenities which took forever cause all you want to do is get to your room and chill. Good breakfast, decent food at the restaurant, small room, even smaller shower…for the price…I’m not coming back.

The rooms are spacious. The view is incredible. The breakfast buffet is top notch with hot and cold items. The staff really goes out of their way here. I recommend this hotel without any hesitation.

Absolutely beautiful hotel! Truly one of the best we have experienced in quite some time. Breakfast was amazing and waitstaff as well. Location is great and close to everything. Gym, steam room, sauna all made our stay more enjoyable. Would absolutely stay again when back in Porto.
