Great location, fantastic view, professional and friendly staffs and services. One of the best breakfast menu I had. This top notch hotel set the example for what Boutique Hotel should be. Thumbs-up!

디자인이나 시설이나 친절도나 다 만족스러워요! 스태프분들 엄청 친절합니다 관광지에서 도보 10분정도지만 그래도 숙소가 좋아서 만족스러워오

넓고 쾌적한 룸, 너무너무 친절하고 따뜻한 직원분들 덕에 편안하게 묵었습니다. 도심에서 15분 정도는 걸어나와야 해서 조금 불편하지만 택시 이용하면 금방이에요!

정말 좋았어요. 신혼여행으로 갔던 숙소 중에 가장 예쁘고 분위기 좋고 스태프도 친절하고! 조식은 사실 보통인데 강 보면서 먹을 수 있고 공간 자체가 예쁘네요. 각 방마다 유명 화가를 컨셉으로 꾸며놓았고 그 부분이 특색있게 느껴지네요. 다시 한번 포르투를 가더라도 방문할 의사가 있어요. 메인 관광지랑도 크게 멀지 않고 걸어다닐만 해요.

독특한 느낌의 부티끄 호텔입니다. 이곳만의 색깔이 가득해요. 강변뷰도 보입니다ㅎㅎ

Good hotel for staying in Porto. Because this hotel is comfortable and nearby old city.

This is one of my favorite hotels I've ever stayed in. Our room was beautiful with amazing views. The staff went above and beyond... From the initial tour, to just being immediately available to answer any questions you might have on Whatsapp. The breakfast was wonderful too. I can't recommend this hotel enough.

Das ganze Hotel ist sehr liebevoll und individuell gestaltet. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit ansprechbar. Rezeption, Restaurant, Zimmerservice - alles läuft in einer entspannten Atmosphäre reibungslos. Perfekt für einen entspannten Aufenthalt.

I would not stay here again.

This is a charming, eclectic art oriented hotel. The flower room bar is delightful, a great place for photos. The location is great for sightseeing in the central historic district. What really sets this hotel apart is the staff. They could not have been more welcoming, helpful, kind and fun. We are definitely planning on returning!

Staff was excellent

Séjour très agréable. Personnel à l’écoute à l’accueil. Des efforts à faire sur le personnel au petit déjeuné (familial sac et mal organisé)

We had 2 rooms one room was great other one smelt very very bad, they has someone come clean but the smell lingered for the 3 days we stayed. They did not give us a new room. The rooms are very very dark. For breakfast we are vegetarian and not much to eat and they would not accommodate to make something for us The staff is excellent and amazing and took the extra step to help us

My husband and I loved our stay at the Torel Avantgarde. We were forced to make a last minute reservation after finding that the AriBnB we reserved was horrible and not at all as advertised. Last minute reservations can be tricky when you are also traveling with two small dogs. However, the front desk staff responded to our inquiry immediately and we were warmly welcomed upon arrival. All of the rooms are named after artists and we were assigned the Van Gogh Suite. Like Van Gogh, the room was dry and moody. It was also very spacious with lots of room for our luggage. Housekeeping brought up two beds for our dogs and treats. They also offered bowls but we had brought our own. We were also given a bottle of champagne and offered two drinks at the bar. The bed was very comfortable and I slept quite well. Everyone at the hotel treated our dogs like celebrities. We were even able to bring them downstairs for breakfast and dinner because we had them in a stroller. The breakfast buffet is great. The bread that is served at the hotel is amongst the best I have eaten in my life. The staff was so accommodating and professional. One person asked us where we were going for the day and offered us lunch suggestions. The manager also comped our parking fees for each day because of an unfortunate experience we had at dinner. They also left a card in our car wishing us a safe journey and provided a bottle of water. Great staff and accommodations!

The hotel design is ver unique

The staff is great—they are the best part of this hotel. However, the room is poorly maintained, dusty, and dirty. Our stay there was unpleasant

The breakfast was amazing! Walking distance to so much or a short cab ride.
