시칼라 스위트 호텔

I absolutely loved this place, the staff and hosts were so incredible and the rooftop restaurant is gorgeous. The hotel itself offers complimentary breakfast which you can personalize. The room features a fully functional kitchen and the bathroom and bedroom are spacious. I could easily stay here an entire week. They also offer a complementary shuttle to the beach and they’re walking distance from popular destinations. I will be coming back here again!

The rooftop restaurant (only option to eat and opens only at night) was mediocre and really expensive. We were looking for a drink or two and they had a minimum consuption of $ 100 per person

The staff was AMAZING. No what time of day you stopped or called the desk they were friendly and attentive. Bent over backwards to i sure you had a great experience. Breakfast was made to order and was really good!

Custom made to order breakfasts delivered to our room every morning at no additional cost (included) was a nice surprise and they use a text based app to place your orders every evening. They were pretty good breakfasts. French toast was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Suite was very spacious with robes included. Some of the downsides were that the beds and pillows were not very comfortable and the 2nd shower was spraying water everywhere plus the shower curtain kept falling down. But this was a quiet and safe area and walkable to many restaurants and T-Mobile District. Our suite was kept clean and the kitchen had sparing utensils, etc but just enough unless you plan to do a lot of cooking there.

Comienzo con el parking; super pequeño, uno no se podía ni bajar bien del carro. El Sofá cama estaba imposible para dormir, se sentían los muelles. Las sabanas estaban tan duras que raspaba la piel. La piscina super pequeña. En la nevera de la habitación ponen sodas, dulces y galletas y en NINGÚN lugar dentro del cuarto dice que te los cobrarán, pensé que como mi habitación era luxury lo incluía pero luego verifiqué mi cuenta y me habían retirado casi $50, cuando llamé para saber de que había sido me indican que fue por los dulces que me comí, a lo que le indiqué que nunca nadie me dijo que me los cobrarían pero el joven que me atendió dice que al momento de hacer check in lo dice en los links que te hacen llenar cuando llegas. Los cuales son EN INGLÉS y yo no hablo inglés. Para mi era imposible saberlo porque nunca me ofrecieron llenar la información en español estando en PUERTO RICO. Es una pena que se aprovechen así de las personas. Otra cosa que puedo añadir es que en mi habitación se escuchaban ruidos fuertes a las 11 o más de la noche, los que estaban trabajando a esa hora no tienen consideración con los huéspedes. Lo unico bueno fue el desayuno que estaba rico y algunos del staff eran amables. NO es un hotel de lujo y lamentablemente NO lo recomiendo.

Beautiful hotel clean and safe. The only thing I didn’t like was when I booked it through Expedia they charged me an extra fee of $25 that was that indicated when I booked it.

The presidential suite was apartment sized with the convenience of an hotel.

I didn’t like how I was charged without being notified 2 days later for make up on towels. My breakfast was incorrect most of the stay. Overall I would’ve returned but I didn’t appreciate being charged $30 for towels that could/should be washed. And if I didn’t check my account I wouldn’t have been notified

Breackfast need improved

We got a 3 bedroom suite. It was great! Very spacious, full kitchen, overall very comfortable and clean. Parking is included on site and also there is an overflow lot right down the street, if that runs out. Breakfast is delicious. You will get a link texted to you to place the order the night before. The staff are all super friendly and helpful. The hotel was in a nice area and short drives or Uber rides to most places you need to get to in San Juan. The pool is cute and has a great view!

The breakfast was exceptional! The room had a kitchen with everything needed. The staff was flexible, respectful and friendly. The noise at late night and early morning was a little disruptive.

The hotel was great from the moment I checked in Jeffrey was so helpful at the front desk and everybody there was friendly. It was clean. It was convenient. I loved it.

The location was great for us because we needed to be close to the Isla Verde airport. They do not have any airport shuttle. You get to order breakfast the night before and they bring it to your room. We could not get in the restaurant on the roof because they do not allow flip flops, and that's all we had. We were on vacation! But the restaurant across the street was great! The staff was helpful and friendly!
