Buena localización, personal amable y servicial en todo momento.

I just spend on night here but everything from check in to the complimentary breakfast has bean excellent. I would stay here again and gladly recommend for anyone to stay here.

Buena alternativa.

Friendly staff, clean and welcoming place, close to all atractions and point of interest. We were upgraded to VIP, exelent beautiful place, exelent view, all accomotations and comfort included.

Excellent communication, las minute trip arriving after midnight, greeted pleasantly, we were able to quickly access our room as we had filled out the form they sent out in advanced. Free breakfast option sent out to your room and you get to choose what you’d like through a link. Breakfast was decent, balanced with options and tasty. Spacious room with hot tub, kitchen, mini bar, comfy bed, room service was a no show, we were only asked if we needed out sheets changed and got new towels one day, but didn’t receive service on the other days. AC worked perfectly, you need it badly as the heat will consume you if you don’t have a good unit. Didn’t get to experience the roof top, but the views at night from up there are a can’t miss.

Hermoso y céntrico lugar. Sus empleados hacen la diferencia. Muy amables. Erichell nos llevó un sabroso desayuno completo y hasta lo sirvió en la mesa. Paola B fue muy cortés al atendernos y muy dispuesta. El día que llegamos nos atendió un chico de cabello largo y barba en la recepción que nos atendió y ayudó con nuestras dudas. En fin el lugar hermoso y acogedor y los empleados se destacan. Definitivamente volvería a este lugar.

Truly a hidden gem, rooftop restaurant/pool was the highlight of the stay, staff was amazing, will come back time

It is an excellent spot for short stays or getaways. Very nice, and clean.

There's a lot to say about this place for starters if you go through Expedia just know that they're going to charge you the 20% when you get there so don't do that do not get the the all-inclusive breakfast because it is definitely not worth the extra money I suggest going out to eat the staff were really nice and very kind I love that there is a pool on the roof but remember that they also have a restaurant on the roof so it's a little much when you're trying to go and relax in a pool with a ton of people watching you while they're eating all in all though it was it was a decent place to stay I would definitely stay there again like I said just don't go through Expedia and don't pay more for the breakfast

I recently stayed at the Ciqala Hotel in Puerto Rico over the weekend and had a great experience. The room service was excellent—prompt and attentive to every detail. Breakfast each morning was amazing, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere in San Juan!

Accesible, limpieza, seguridad y parking

Una buena estadía en general. Si piensan usar la propiedad para descansar, tengan en cuenta que en los alrededores hay lugares con música hasta tarde. El hotel tiene restaurante y la piscina está justo al lado, aunque me pareció bastante pequeña para el tamaño del hotel. Además, según nos informó el personal, no se puede usar la piscina si hay gente en el restaurante, así que sería bueno verificar esto por su cuenta.
