Very clean room

Great location by the beach, friendly staff, reasonable prices.

This was an absolute scam, the shower head was so dirty, paint on the wall was cracked and peeling, elevator sounds and looks like it’s for the 1900’s, also we only got half a roll or toilet paper roll in our room for 4 days, when it was done we needed to go asked for it at the front desk. The room wasn’t even cleaned properly. This hotel definitely discouraged me from going to Puerto Rico again. And also no parking, we got over $200 in tickets overnight

Room was horrible everything was falling apart, a lot of construction going on inside. The furniture and bathroom are a nightmare

Loved my stay overall

This place was nothing like the pictures. First off, this is NOT a hotel — it feels more like a motel. When I checked in, they handed me a regular key and basically told me “don’t lose it or you’re out of luck,” which already set the tone. The room looked outdated, like something out of an old house. The A/C worked, I’ll give them that, but at night the room stayed bright because of a strong outside light from the building next door. The curtains were thin, white, and sheer — so no privacy or darkness to actually rest. They also charged my card twice, although to be fair, they did correct it after. I tried to sit in the outdoor patio area, but the staff seemed more focused on talking to each other than helping guests. After sitting there for about 13 minutes without any attention, I just left and went somewhere else for breakfast. There were also basic things missing — no phone in the room, no safe, no iron. The surrounding block is very dark at night, which didn’t feel great either. The only real positive is that the beach is right there. This was my first vacation in a long time, and honestly, this place took away from the experience. Definitely not what I expected, and I wouldn’t consider this a hotel! Wait bathroom had no curtains so people on the balcony across can see you .

Room lacked towels, cups and a bath mat. We had to go to the front desk to get ours after we were promised they would bring. This is very close to the beach and is a bargain because of that. There’s no pool but the bar is good. We will likely come back again.

No hot water, window would not shut completely so all you could here is people and music on the street outside all night.

Clean and great location

Bathroom flooded, super small, loud, dirty, front desk worker was pretty cool, but it is obvious you are just a number to them.

The staff was amazing ! The room is small and outdated kissing small things like swim towels, extra blankets , new paint and sturdy locks on the doors. If they just added some small things at a time it would be a nice place. Location and staff makes this place !

The check-in was fine. Ivan was great. The room Is older but still nice and clean. The A/C was excellent and ice cold. The water was cool not Hot or warm in shower. Location is right on condado beach!!! Excellent location, great bar next door with delicious food and great music! Staff were very friendly and helpful! Overall it is a great value for where you are located. You will have to make a trip up multiple stairs so if luggage is heavy be prepared for a work out ! No frills but seriously close to everything!

Do not stay here. I booked a single queen room because the price seemed reasonable, but this was easily one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The room was filthy, so bad that I refused to take my shoes off. The floors looked disgusting, and I found multiple large bugs in the room, which is completely unacceptable at any price point. The entire place feels like it’s falling apart. One of the locks on my door didn’t even work, which is a serious safety issue and honestly alarming. On top of that, it was loud at all hours, so getting any real sleep was nearly impossible. To make things worse, my room didn’t even have a window, which made it feel cramped and uncomfortable. I will say the staff I interacted with were friendly, but that doesn’t make up for the condition of the property. The only thing this place has going for it is the location. it’s close to the beach and the main street. But that is nowhere near enough to justify how poorly maintained and dirty this hotel is. There are far better options in the area. Save yourself the frustration and stay somewhere else.

The room condition is terrible the blanks were disgusting they have stained on it the mold smell of the room, But the location is great next to the beach and stores to bad the the owner doesn’t improve the hotel conditions

On the beach, rooms are dirty, linens are old and dirty, mold on the walls, no parking. Staff was pleasant
