I had trouble to check in, bcs of an error from expedia continued from RIN receptionists. My email was used to replace my first and last name. Even I showed them the confirmation nr, still they tried to take me away without trying to verify. After I checked out, when I was already on the shuttle bus to the airport, I got a call from receptionist asking to pay for a bottle of whisky that I never used. Of course I did not pay( finally he belived me and let me go) but I did not feel good at all after all this bad experience

Very good airport shuttle. Early check in was great as we arrived early. Quiet room despite the nearby airport

Arrived late and left early in the morning. Friendly and efficient check in. Very clean, modern rooms. Great courtesy bus service to and from the airport terminal.

Convenient, good price, close to the airport.

Hotel was lovely. Reception staff great. Breakfast very enjoyable. Spa and pool lovely. Rooms clean, and comfortable.

Everything was great, except the twin beds. I know that is common in Europe but they should only be used for children. Also, half of the drape fell so I couldn’t cover the lights coming from outside. But those are just small quirks of mine. The place and service are great. Truly.

A very pleasant front desk staff, dinning and cleaning staff were some of the most pleasant staff we have have ever me.

The room was clean,bed cosy and bathroom lovely.

The room smelt like smoking couldnt sleep all night because of the bed bugs. Looks like the room might be used by employees Not a great experience We stayed in a king size room before and it was a good experience but this time around no thank you

Perfect all round hotel

Evening food was very good, as was the service and staff (extra charge of course but we knew that so no issue). Breakfast very average buffet. Reception staff very unknowledgeable and/or untrained. Multi lingual yet speaking fluent English and Romanian still left us with the insistence of paying to go outside at the hotel. One bar closed. Advertise a spa, that consists of a pool and a gym AND they charge extra for. There are no spa treatments. Outdoor pool closed, without notice. Yet they provide robe and slippers, like an actual spa hotel. Parking costs extra but that is made clear, yet limited parking availability so dont rely on it. Air con in room so ineffective it remained at 27degrees all night so an uncomfortable stay. Booked for anniversary and were extremely disappointed. Convenient for airport but plenty more convenient hotels which ill choose in future, which dont offer spa facilities,but since RIN only advertise they do, without actually providing AND charge extra, its no difference! Very convenient for water park at extra fee, we didnt use. Customer service totally non existent. Even hotels.com got involved 5 weeks post original communication when CEO was copied in. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

The is place is very convenient to OTP airport. The staff is amazing. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Super clean and just everything you could want in a hotel. Not to mention that a shuttle runs to the airport every hour on the hour. And once again a can’t say enough

空港からシャトルバスで7 〜8分なので、とても便利ですが、周辺には何もない状況です。泊まるだけだったらいいと思います。あるいはシャトルバスで空港まで行くと、空港から市内へのバスが出ているので、それを利用するのもありだと思います。
