Excellent, tidy rooms, great for a very comfortable overnight stay before travelling. Close to the airport, and shuttles are provided. The whole place was extremely tidy and well presented. Staff were very helpful. There are some good facilities, but they do cost a bit extra to use

We stayed a night at Rin. The staff is very helpful and nice. What we loved the best which served us was the shuttle. It was very prompt and even if it was necessarily to be two shuttles as per many people needed at 4:00 am, they provided it. Very nice experience.

Great hotel near the airport with a free shuttle service that actually worked and was on time! They also very generously, offered an Express breakfast of coffee, croissants, and other snacks for those of us with an early flight. The room service was very fast and surprisingly delicious. And the room extremely clean. Overall a success!

Hotel seems to have gone through renovations, everything looks pretty new but has an older building feel to it. My room on the ground floor was very spacious, with everything you could need - fridge, tables and chairs, hangers, robes, etc. Bathroom was big as well. The ladies at reception and at the hotel bar were very friendly and helpful. Shuttle to the airport runs on a set schedule. I had a very early flight out and it came for pick up right on time, and got to the airport very quickly. It was a very convenient service, though I think you may need to pre-register as it's not a very large vehicle. Didn't get to use many of the amenities but looked like it would've been a good spot if you were looking for a longer, relaxing stay. Also easy to get to the centre by bus.

Here is the guts of it… great location with shuttle to the airport. No restaurants around , unless you want to walk on the side of the street for 1 mile. The hotel restaurant looks nice but the food ….. Nobody to help with luggage and the front desk is efficient but you get the feeling that they don’t want to be there. Room is OK, quite generic , with probably the cheapest mattresses one can buy. Did not have breakfast due to early flight.

I was there in May and with a bit of a heat wave, not much, the AC could not keep the room a tolerable temperature. When I went to reception, on May 15th, the female staff member would not try to help me at all. She even came up with an excuse that the reason for the heat was there were too many people in the hotel. Laughable reason. Tried to joke it off and she just shut down. Couldn't get her name from her or from Raves who was working with her (yet they have name badges). Quite strange. Thankfully, Andres (weekend director) came to my rescue and helped me get a room they knew was a bit cooler. Not by much, but very much appreciated. While there, the steam was not working, the sauna stopped working on day three, and the whirlpool last 5 minutes before you have to ask them to turn it on again. Great pool for lap swimming. Don't get me wrong, this is trying to be a great hotel, but something is slipping. Thank you to the Ujma, Andres, Adelin, and the restaurant manager for making my stay more comfortable and inviting. Best advice to the hotel I can give is get some fans for people to use when the summer comes. Also, give clients access to free water since clients pay for using the pool/steam/sauna area. Yeah, that's right. You pay and then they want you to pay more for small bottles of water to stay hydrated. I love Romania and this hotel could be great!

The new thermostat system did not work in my room and it took quite a while before I was switched to another room. Nobody there understood the new system. Just wanted to sleep since I had to awake at 3 am for plane. Why else would one stay on outskirts of town?

Thankfully, Andres (weekend director) came to my rescue and helped me get a room they knew was a bit cooler. Not by much, but very much appreciated. While there, the steam was not working, the sauna stopped working on day three, and the whirlpool last 5 minutes before you have to ask them to turn it on again. Great pool for lap swimming. Don't get me wrong, this is trying to be a great hotel, but something is slipping. Thank you to the Ujma, Andres, Adelin, and the restaurant manager for making my stay more comfortable and inviting. Best advice to the hotel I can give is get some fans for people to use when the summer comes. Also, give clients access to free water since clients pay for using the pool/steam/sauna area. Yeah, that's right. You pay and then they want you to pay more for small bottles of water to stay hydrated. I love Romania and this hotel could be great!

Do not stay here during the summer unless they fix the air conditioning AC, or give clients access to fans. I was there in May and with a bit of a heat wave, not much, the AC could not keep the room a tolerable temperature. When I went to reception, on May 15th, the female staff member would not try to help me at all. She even came up with an excuse that the reason for the heat was there were too many people in the hotel. Laughable reason. Tried to joke it off and she just shut down. Great hotel near the airport with a free shuttle service that actually worked and was on time! They also very generously, offered an Express breakfast of coffee, croissants, and other snacks for those of us with an early flight. The room service was very fast and surprisingly delicious. And the room extremely clean. Overall a success!

The new thermostat system did not work in my room and it took quite a while before I was switched to another room. Nobody there understood the new system. Just wanted to sleep since I had to awake at 3 am for plane. Why else would one stay on outskirts of town?
