Staff was very friendly, helpful and professional.

Great location, good sized room and nice atmosphere. The bed is a bit stiff for me but with jet lag was no issue. .

J'ai eu beaucoup de plaisir à séjourner dans cet hôtel. Bien situé par rapport aux activités offertes par Kigali, c'est néanmoins un havre de paix, de tranquillité, avec de la verdure. Se relaxer tranquillement après une journée chargée est un réel plaisir, avec un personnel aux petits soins, comme le patron William, d'ailleurs. Beaucoup de disponibilités pour organiser les transports ou des activités.

The staff went out of their way to be helpful and my room was quiet and comfortable with beautiful plants outside the door. I enjoyed the breakfast with so many choices and the dinners were also delicious. I plan to stay at 5 Swiss again next year when I return to Rwanda.

How lucky to have chosen 5 Swiss for my stay in Kigali! This is a true gem tucked away on picturesque, quiet streets close to sites, moto taxis, and groceries/shopping. It was always a pleasure to return “home” to the warmth of 5 Swiss staff, a lovely garden, and my comfortable room. I hope to return one day!

バルコニーに通じるサッシのカギが壊れており、フロントに電話。カギの状態が悪く修理は明日と言われた。しかし翌日も対応せず、結局壊れたままでせっかくのバルコニーを利用出来なかった

I felt at home during my first few minutes at the 5 Swiss Hotel. The staff treated me like family and I will never forget all of the wonderful people I met. Nadine, you will always be in my heart, as well as Sylvere, Mya, William. I could just keep going. Good food in the restaurant for dinners, wonderful breakfasts, and lovely grounds. A short walk to the free zone, which is great for shopping, grabbing some local food, or just walking around. Any day trips that you might want to take can be set up with the staff. Even the drivers they send you out with are helpful and kind. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Kigali. You will not be disappointed. I think fondly of my stay often.

The hotel is in one of the best possible locations, right in the center of Kigali, close to the main institutional buildings, international hotels and shopping areas. The area is totally safe and the hotel is very quiet and offers a peaceful atmosphere thanks to its lush garden. The hotel offers a restaurant on the back terrace: the choice of dishes is not wide but the quality of food is excellent and prices are reasonable. I had a very large room with a kitchenette and a small private garden terrace, the bathroom was very simple and essential but clean and fucntional. The real plus of the hotel, though, is its staff: everyone is extremly kind, professional, always smiling and ready to listen and satisfy all requests (taxis, tips about restaurants, trips, shopping and other practical details). Having to wake up and leave very early for some day trips, a packed breakfast and lunch was provided according to my preferences. Though staying only 4 nights at the hotel, at the end of my stay, when saying goodbye to the staff, I felt I had been among friends rather than in a hotel. The negative points are minor ones but ... the furniture in my bedroom was a bit dated, but I saw the other ones and, though smaller, they had a very modern look; also, the mosquito net in my room could not be used properly because of the size of the bed: it was impossible to isolate the bed completely.

All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. My room was spacious, comfortable and quiet. The grounds are small but are filled with beautiful flowers, fruit trees and herbs. I enjoyed the atmosphere of the restaurant, with soft jazz playing and delicious food. I love the vine covered exercise area tucked in above the parking lot. There is plenty of room for drivers to pull in, turn around and exit. This was my first time staying at 5 Swiss and I plan to return on my next teaching trip to Rwanda.

Very helpful and friendly staff!!!! Great location and very calm premise. Highly recommended specially for business trips. The staff at the reception and bar are very supportive.

My friend recommended it and the best price was on Hotels.com. It’s clean, modern and comfortable with friendly staff. Not stuffy at all. Well situated in Kigali and a good base for exploring further afield. A nice lounge and garden to drink a coffee while chatting to your friends. The bar and restaurant are reasonably priced and food is good. Breakfast is plentiful.

Very clean property as for staff members, they make you feel like you have your own personal butler of every requests you might need.

The hotel is a quaint and cosy place with exceptional service. I absolutely loved the compound with its green spaces, there are many secluded areas one could just hang out, listen to music and read a book. Although it is small, I found it to be private and very comfortable. I absolutely loved my room, it was super clean and quiet. I got a hill view room, but unfortunately they were out of the ones with a balcony. I recomend the rooms with a balcony and will definitely get one of those on my next visit.
