Beautiful place but need to upgrade interior and bug proof rooms and shower areas also mattress and beds needs to be replaced

The staff were very polite and accommodating. Whenever we called the front desk, they were swift on their response. The food was amazing. An last but not least the nature experience you receive is refreshing and muchly needed, especially coming from the city life.

This place is a scam, as is most of the island of St Lucia. It's really heartbreaking to write that because it is such a gorgeous place and is clearly being railroaded by white American capitalism, but the entire time we were there we were being absolutely HUSTLED for cash and it was not restful at all. The staff at Fond Doux could not have cared less that we existed. The shuttle driver made a pit stop on the way from the airport (not a free shuttle like they imply in their advertising, it costs $80 one way) and left my friend and I alone in a running car with no explanation. The grounds are poorly kept, run down and dangerous. The staff disappears after 10pm and there is no one around at all in case of an emergency. I asked if there was a map of the grounds available and was told to "just walk, it's a circle". It is not easy to access ANYTHING from this resort, you have to pay a shuttle driver to take you off the grounds or wait for their extremely limited tour/beach schedules. I don't know who they're paying to write these rave reviews but that didn't come close to our experience. It was so unpleasant we went to a different hotel (better experience, still got scammed left and right) after one night. Spend your money literally anywhere else.

Lovely staff, lovely room, private and secluded. Beautiful grounds. Bathrooms need a bit of work - felt a little run down and shower didn’t often with hot water (apparently to do with when it rains). Pool area could also do with some better upkeep, pumps on etc, better cleaned. Overall we had a nice time but it felt quite rustic and in need of a bit of a facelift in places.

Absolutely loved my stay here! The staff was friendly and I stayed in guava, which had its own private pool and an amazing view. It was very quiet unless you consider the wildlife loud lol... the rooster definitely woke me up haha however it was quite pleasant knowing you are away from civilization and immersed in nature. Out of all of the resorts.I stayed at in the past week.I rate this one the best...

Staff were fantastic. Location is beautiful and close to many of the activities. The chocolate martinis were the big hit for me.

My time at Fond started well before I stepped through the front door of the property! from timely communication, expert recommendations of all off site activities, and the amazing shared attitude of all the staff Fond was a place of beauty, peace, and safety

The people who worked there were very friendly. Our room was nice and we enjoyed the plunge pool. We stayed three nights and our room was never cleaned. I don’t know their schedule for cleaning but if you like your room refreshed, this is not the place

The staff was so friendly. The room was clean.

The room was in good condition, just very outdated. The front desk staff were funny acting sometimes, had attitudes when you asked them certain questions, and had no suggestions or tips for anything. However, the housekeeping lady was very nice and a dear heart. The pool was not properly cared for in my opinion. The deep tissue massage I received was not that great, and could have been better.

This place is magical! Owners proudly look after it putting their hearts into it. Staff is so warm, dedicated and helpful, especially Elizabeth, Leandra, Dianne, Shontea and many others. The most lavish free breakfast and delicious food available for lunch and dinner, transport available to take you anywhere you like.. overall could not recommend this natural paradise more❤️

This is a jungle experience with Saint Lucia charm. Staff are as friendly as they come. Remember it’s a rain forest so if it rains have bug repellent handy. Restaurant has a great vibe

The shower did not work, only the tap below it and the water did not drain. Beautiful view, but shabby chic - definitely needed work. High price for the room with terrible breakfast including the service. Basically everything was empty over half an hour. Could be much better - using Eco as an excuse for poor standards. Much better hotels elsewhere on the island with top notch facilities and service.

Food options quite limited so be prepared to eat elsewhere if staying more than a couple days. Basic, so be prepared. That part of the island is exceptionally amazing.

A delightful place to stay with lovely staff. It was peaceful and in beautiful surroundings. The view of the piton from the path going up the hill at the back of the hotel was just stunning. I loved sitting at the bar trying the delicious cocktails and the food in the restaurant was great too. I felt really well looked after. Thank you to the hotel team.
