Had 3 different rooms in first 6 hours. All smelled of significantly of mildew. Otherwise, food options ok. Coffee bar was great. Asian restaurant hibachi chef Adrian was the best part. Workers were pleasant. Drinks were good. Pools were decent. Shows nightly. Gym was clean and provided ample options. Sales people on beach could be annoying at times.

When we arrived we were not greeted the check in line was long there was only one person checking people in. The lobby was dead empty we arrived around 7 pm there was nothing going on. We got to our room it was dirty smelled like mold we had a leak in our bathroom whenever we took showers. The elevator wasn’t working we had to bring up our luggage by stairs. first night we weren’t able to eat at a restaurant we had to eat at the buffet and it was disgusting. The staff were not friendly at all. The resort looks bigger than what it is and really isn’t much to do. The food truck was the best food. The ran out of tequila by 11 am everyday it was just a mess. Def not a party resort either.

The resort had a mixture of staff, one part of the staff was friendly and nice while the other staff seemed as if they were force to work there. Upon arrival they did not take our luggage’s to the room or showed us a map of the resort.

Overall the staff was horrible poor , customer service and poor attitude. Eating at the restaurants with patrons feeding stray cats out the plate they use to serve families. The coffee shop was great but everything else was horrible. Doorman refuse to bring luggage to room stated he was tired.

seaweed every day at the beach.staff never cleans the seaweed. small beach area for the diamond club members.Not worth the price!!! Staff members are non existent and when they finally approach you they are slow and rude.Expect a tip and tell you they work on tips and prefer cash so they don't have to share with other staff members. Food is horrible!!

Avoid the limoncello cannoli. Great location, staff were great. The restaurants were 3* at best, which was a real shame. The buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner were good, but just reinforced how bad the main restaurants were. We stayed in the Chairmans suite which was amazing. Unfortunately woke up one morning to an inch of water in our ensuite. The site team dealt with it quickly and professionally but did put a dampener on things.

Good resort no the best one , staff need to be more faster , amenities are okay needs to be improve some areas , work in the app for reservations and the restaurant food are not the best one . 100% the buffet will work better for you

My stay at the Royalton was mediocre. I feel like most of the staff at the facility were rude/had an attitude. Especially, Natoya, she was very nasty with my husband and I at the sports bar on July 7th. She made us feel like we were getting on her nerves the moment we sat down. The rest of the staff is was a 50/50 chance. Some were nice and some had an attitude. The room was nice but it smelled like mold. The food and options were good. They have an app and it's bot the best app, needs improvement. Overall it was ok, but could have been much better

Upon check in and entering our room there was this terrible smell and mold in the room. I reported this condition 4 times to the front desks clerks, nothing was done about it, We checked out on the 4th day and still nothing was done about. The front desk clerks told us they were going to send someone to check out the room and get back to us. Nothing, no communication at all, this was a substandard smelly moldy room on a fake nice appearance of a property and they knew it. Our vacation was ruined due negligence from the staff at this property, Also the staff lied to us for 4 days. Worse vacation everrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

The room had a mold smell. Someone was supposed to come twice. No one came. We just opened the patio door to get fresh air. The food was bland and the portion were super small. Otherwise we had a good time.

We spent our honeymoon at the Royalton and had the best time! The resort was beautiful, and the service was top-tier. Huge shoutout to our amazing butlers, Teddy and Shadrach—they made everything so easy and special for us. From start to finish, it was the perfect honeymoon experience!

First impression was a fail- check in process was horrible. After driving from the airport to hotel for two long hours. Check in time says 3 o clock, got to the hotel at 4 pm and had to wait in the hot lobby for an hour and a half before our room was ready no apology or anything. To dine at the nicer restaurants requires a reservation and it’s very limited - so it’s hard to experience dine in experience. Swim out pool are poorly maintain

Love the chain but this location lack of staff. Also hard to get reservations due to app not working and even walk in was not available
