스코틀랜드 억양이 어렵긴 했지만 직원들 친절했습니다. 제가 이용한 방은 평범한 방을 예약했음에도 불구하고 일반 호텔의 스위트룸 같은 느낌이었습니다. 모든 방이 그런지는 정확히 모르겠습니다. 침대가 너무 푹신푹신해서 저한테는 약간 불편했던 점도 있긴 하지만, 청결도 편안함 등 모든 면에서 좋았던 호텔이었습니다.

Well maintained place even though old building. Very kind staffs and great breakfirst. Huge room with kitchennet which we like the most. Only big concern is the noise from bars in the first floow nearby. There are several bars near by and these are close at 3am. We stayed during weekend till Monday and very nisy in the night and we had to use ear plug to sleep.

Was a stop over stay in a one bedroom on the first floor. Room was clean, bed and pillows were comfortable but windows you can’t see out of. Beware of the very loud bar noise and music that went to 1am on a Thursday night.

Despite rooms available no early check in was allowed unless you paid an hourly fee. That is so against customer service and makes for a horrible introduction to the hotel. Also we back in a large garbage area with loud garbage pick up and dumping very late into the night. Walking from upstairs was also very loud in the room. The staff were friendly but couldn’t change their check in policy.

Upon arrival I was given an "upgrade" but instead of a studio it was a 2 room. The layout was odd and didn't feel comfortable. Front staff was amazing and I ended up rebooking elsewhere.

Our room was hot and stuffy. Leaving windows open was noisey as we faced a parkade that always had noisy fans. The bar/restaurant noise was until well after midnight. The room itself was large, while the accessible bathroom was large enough as well but had a horrible cigarette odour.

Excellent suites well equipped great breakfast friendly and helpful staff. Located in an area with Pubs with patios that are loud and busy sometimes very late…the only downside. Otherwise well located for many Glasgow highlights.

Chose this hotel to be close to where we were having our night out, hotel extremely clean, location excellent. The only things to bring up was room was very warm, even with fans on and windows open. And one of the reception staff body odour was overwhelming. Otherwise was excellent.
