Very large, lovely living space, two big bedrooms. Breakfast was very good. No parking onsite, but discount for the parking lot right next door which was great.

The room and bed and kitchen were top-notch. The location has lots to do and good transport. Communication was lacking. I didn't get the discount code for parking or my wifi code in time to use them. There are no clear instructions on how to get from parking to hotel. The staff are not forthcoming or well informed. Disappointing, because the room was really comfortable. Except that there is no way to control the temperature, which was too warm for me at night.

Upon arrival I was given an "upgrade" but instead of a studio it was a 2 room. The layout was odd and didn't feel comfortable. Front staff was amazing and I ended up rebooking elsewhere.

Our room was hot and stuffy. Leaving windows open was noisey as we faced a parkade that always had noisy fans. The bar/restaurant noise was until well after midnight. The room itself was large, while the accessible bathroom was large enough as well but had a horrible cigarette odour.

Excellent suites well equipped great breakfast friendly and helpful staff. Located in an area with Pubs with patios that are loud and busy sometimes very late…the only downside. Otherwise well located for many Glasgow highlights.

Chose this hotel to be close to where we were having our night out, hotel extremely clean, location excellent. The only things to bring up was room was very warm, even with fans on and windows open. And one of the reception staff body odour was overwhelming. Otherwise was excellent.

Stayed in a deluxe apartment, 1 bedroom. There is nothing deluxe about it. The photos advertised look nothing like the actual room. The quality was much poorer. The apartment was also not clean enough. Breakfast was ok. Be aware of the significant noise from the street. On both the Sunday night and Monday night I stayed a pub close by played live music until 2am making it difficult to sleep. Overall, a poor experience.

I thought the property was located in an excellent area. Close to restaurants and shopping as well as the local sites. Some challenges were that the suites do not have air conditioning. While this may be ok for most of the year it was VERY hot and uncomfortable. The hotel did provide us with floor fans to help. We were told to open the windows for cooler air but our room was on top of a night club and music and club goers were noisy until 3:00am. All in all, aside from our two challenges we enjoyed our stay.

No air conditioning.Sleeping room totally with out ventilation.Legal ?? There was a mobile fan for "cooling" .This was noisy and had a very short cable so the the fan could not be moved around.Opening windows resulted in lot of noise from the backyard and traffic. The staff was not very friendly when we complained. We stayed two days the rooms were not cleaned .
