Holiday Inn Express INVERNESS, an IHG Hotel

In summer, this is one of the good hotels you can choose in highland area. I had difficulty in trying to find and reserve a satisfactory hotel in highland because my reservation was made only one month earlier. If you take into consideration price, room cleanness, breakfast and staff kindness, etc., this is one of best choices that you can make during summer season. If you are a little bit late for early reservation, this hotel is highly recommended.

Very friendly and helpful staff, especially Richard and the front desk staff. Clean and new. Good breakfast. Good access Nice comfortable rooms.

We chose this hotel as one of the few in Inverness that has free parking. It was a good choice as the location was convenient for road access and close to a mall with restaurants and a Tesco location. The room was comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful and the staff members were friendly and efficient.

Nice place and room. There was a fan in the room which was really appreciated.

My daughter left her childhood blanket. They were amazing and even had it shipped back to us.

Great breakfast included, nearby a mall but the hotel is old and has seen better days!

Very rude and aggressive staff. Made the entire family of 8 uncomfortable. After other staff fixed the issues she continued to speak poorly about our family to other staff AND guests.

Room is too small and very little amenities. Shower does not function properly

Can’t really review more. Accidentally made reservation here and tried to change it a month out but they wouldn’t allow it. Ridiculous. Our room sat empty that night and we paid for it

Outdated, low quality for money.

I booked a room with 2 twin beds. The hotel gave my room away and tried to give me a room with one double bed. I was traveling with my sister and that was unacceptable. The hotel had no other rooms with twin beds left and would not give us a refund even though we decided not to stay there.

Not too bad apart from my son finding a pair of used underwear in the pull out sofa bed. All we got was an apology.

Clean, nice shower, cheerful service and especially the 24-hour food service (not pricey room service), just a menu of food you can get downstairs at any time day or night.

Room was so small, we could not move about.
