화장실 소음이 너무 심하고 미로라서 객실 찾기가 힘들어요

Dirty condition 1 Scottish lady staff was pleasant breakfast poached egg wasn’t cooked we didn’t have a free breakfast

The room needed a good clean and certainly the bathroom needed an upgrade, the curtains were not wide enough for the window so used the bed footer to try to fill the gap.

Helpful staff with entertainment first class

Room was clean but in a very poor state dirty walls, curtains wouldn't close. Bathroom door was very difficult to close. Very small double compared to normal. Carpets need replacing. Main lobby areas were in better state.

Hotel in need of tlc, staff were really attentive that was working.

Staff are all lovely and friendly, curry was lovely and decent pints

Worst bed ever, it needs to be renovated

This hotel is ok in a outstanding place solo room was small but great view breakfast was basic but all well cooked not a lot of choice on continental tea coffee juice cearial toast yoghurt would recomend you get cooked . Parking was ok and managed to park up every day ok bed needed new mattress and carpet needed cleaning or replacing also hall carpet really in need of a clean or replacing but rest of floors in hotel were tiled so maybe the owners were in prossess of doing this over all hotel was clean haveing said this the hotel was great value for money considring the outstanding place it was in too so yes would recomend staying here if your not wanting all the trimmings i would and maby stop again in future

First impressions was ok, when i checked in there was no mention about breakfast what time it was or how much it cost, also i wasnt informed about the switch for the shower in my room, then when i went to the bar and purchased a bottled cider the person who served didn't offer me a glass or ice. My room was ok, tea and coffee making facilities it was a single room and only 1 pillow on the bed and not a spare one in the room also the tv in my room didnt have all the channels and needed to be re-tuned, then when i went down to breakfast in the morning i opted for the full scottish breakfast instead of the continental, i had cereals and toast and jam. The cooked breakfast was not cooked fresh my fried egg was was hard on the white meaning it was cooked then left under a heat lamp, i would understand if it was a buffet type breakfast (I payed £12.50) given the location it was a 25 min walk from Arrochar &Tarbet station i would not stay here again and i would look to try one of the other hotels in the area.

Over night stay good bar area . Rooms upto date and clean . Friendly staff . Will visit again

Perfectly adequate for a night's rest, clean, comfy bed, excellent value for money.

We liked the on-site dining and the parking was good. The staff were great. Only thing needed is better signage to find the rooms.

Friendly and helpful staff

Do not recommend at all. Property is old and run down. Live entertainment every Friday and Saturday which seems to take priority over being a hotel. Put in a room above the bar which had loud music on until 11pm. When approaching staff about this issue told “people come away enjoy themselves why are you trying to sleep”. Very rude and didn’t care. Very small beds, bad facilities, lifts not working, numerous issues with the room. Lack of parking. Do not stay here

Was booked for the view of the Loch, the hotel is being updated so some decor is dated but it didn’t cost the earth for the room, the service inside the hotel was faultless, the food was delicious and the staff were all friendly and professional.

Great location to visit Loch Lomond and hike around Loch Long area. Communal areas could be updated, with carpets etc a little tired. Our room was good but very warm, maybe bring a fan!
