I had to check in over midnight due to the flight schedule. Instruction of how to enter the hotel was already sent to my email (no one in the reception), so that I easily opened the door. The bedroom itself is a bit small, but has kitchen and bathroom seperately. Everything was good, but the towels & shampoo were not changed to new one, even bed was the same. City center is close; 15min by walking, and easy to access from the airport as well. I will consider to stay again.

Room was very beautiful but it was little bit cold and internet access wad bad. Reception was kind.

Oda durumu genel olarak iyiydi yatak rahattı ferah temiz düzgün bir odaydı. Mutfakta elektrikli ocak, sıcak su için kettle, mikrodalga fırın, tabak, bardak, bıçak vardı ama çatal kaşık yoktu fakat genel durum iyiydi.

I'm not sure why this venue is rated as four stars, it is not. As a woman on her own, I really was not comfortable with my room being just inches from the front entry. I travel a fair amount and this was the only time I've ever but something behind the door so I'd wake if my door opened. The smell of damp in the bathroom was disgusting. I went straight out and bought an airfreshner. The bathroom was small and even with the sliding shower door fully open it was a struggle to get in and I'm not a large person. There were two sofas in the room whibh

Good hotel.

Bathroom faucet so wobbly we couldn't use it; mice in the room; food left in fridge from previous occupant; dirty towels left in bin from previous occupant; lamps on either side of bed were broken; pillows filled with golf-ball sized lumps; no one was ever at the front desk--same umbrella was behind the desk every day, never moved. We left a day early; slept the third night in our clothes with bags packed so we could leave early in the morning. We met another traveller who said he had also stayed there a few years ago and had a similar experience. The owners haven't learned, and I don't see how they stay in business, So I am telling the truth to warn off other travelers!

Rumana at the front desk was just incredible. So kind and made me feel welcome straight away. Thank you very much for all your help and looking forward to welcoming you here in Bondi Beach :). The cleaners did an amazing job as well, congratulations!

All I can say is property management is not accommodating. I’d love to fully explain but proper explanation doesn’t meet the guidelines of this website.

På værelset er der et lille køkken med to kogeplader, køleskab og mikroovn. Service til to personer og kun det helt basale køkkenudstyr beregnet til lette måltider. God beliggenhed. Ingen elevator så stedet er ikke egnet til dårligt gående. Hotellet er begyndt at være slidt, men har tidligere været et meget pænt hotel.

Problematic for available parking. We stayed twice: at the beginning of our trip and at the last night of our trip. Last night was far better than the first night. The first night’s stay, our auto key door was broken so we were given a key and the door handle was nonexistent. On our first night’s stay, the receptionist did not explain how to use the card for electricity. She wasn’t very helpful nor was she friendly. Upon our last night’s stay, we had a nicer room and our welcome was far friendlier.

Was very disappointed with the condition of our room, as well as the lack of communication when I did send them a message. The location is very good, the bed was very comfortable and it was convenient to have a small kitchen. I appreciated the email for late check in and that was easy. The place is in need of some repairs and proper cleaning. There was a lot of dust/mold in the bathroom vent as well as the fridge vents, the curtains were coming off the rod, the tv remote was absolutely disgusting and the kitchen didn't have enough tools to actually cook much. My communication during our stay on this went unanswered. I wouldn't stay there again because of the above.

The hotel is in a lovely location and close to transportation. It is a beautiful historic building on the outside, but the room desperately needs updating, i.e. curtains, carpet, kitchen, furniture, etc. The weather was warm when we were there and it was suffocating inside, especially since the window didn’t open.

I like this property, clean , easily travel duration, friendly service, entirely excellent

Convenient location, clean. required insistence to receive 2nd blanket for shared bed( traveled with good friend, not husband). Bed smaller than booked king size. Room key disabled on 2nd day of stay. Very difficult to receive response from Hotel to get us into our rooms. Had to leave message on answering machine twice. Staff in hotel next door stated this is a frequent problem . They tried to reach the staff to help us, too and got their answering machine. If you don't have international calling on your phone, you can not reach them. Service desk closes at 6 PM.
