시내에서 가깝고 주변도 매우 이쁘네요.

It's a decent place to stay at a competitive rate, for the time of year (August).

They are student digs, so naturally there's not much room, but there's enough for what you need. There are enough facilities on site, and it's central enough to be perfect for Fringe. Hot water went out on Saturday morning and it took until Tuesday to get fixed - but fixed it was. Plenty good enough for udget accommdation.

Great stay near the Royal Mile!

Tiene una súper ubicación! En la calle principal para ambos castillos, súper amplias las habitaciones y de ventaja tiene cocina con lo básico pero ayuda, me volvería a hospedar aquí seguro!

Good base camp for fringe festival. Centrally located - quite basic given it is student accommodation, but suitable for a short stay.

Decent option during busy Fringe Festival and AC/DC playing also.

Accommodation was a little on the small side and quite expensive. However, it was the last weekend of the Fringe and well positioned

The summer staff did their best to get the room as clean as possible but the room showed the signs of being a dorm room for most of the year.

L'atout principal est la localisation très proche du centre. L'accueil est efficace et les chambres sont propres.

Excelente localização, bem perto da cidade antiga de Edimburgo, perto de restaurantes, pubs, atrações turísticas e supermercados. Tem uma Tesco ao lado da acomodação e como tem cozinha com tudo, você pode esquentar uma marmita ou comprar comida e fazer você mesmo. Quarto limpo, amplo, ótima cama e ótimo chuveiro. No quarto que eu estava teve um problema com a água quente, mas a equipe da recepção foi super prestativa e atenciosa, logo arrumou uma solução para que eu pudesse tomar banho quente. Fiquei hospedada 4 noites e ficaria no mesmo lugar novamente. Super Recomendo!! 😉👍

Perfect place!

Fantastic friendly, helpful service from everyone at the front desk. If I needed anything they were there to help with a smile. Housekeepers kept everything spotless clean. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

We didn’t have a top sheet or blanket when we arrived. The space was fine, a bit spartan but enough equipment for two. Closer to many of the events at the festival. Could use a bit of art on the walls. Drainage in the shower was poor. Courtyard was a bit noisy especially on a weekend night, if you know why fat I mean. Staff was great, friendly and helpful. I’d go there again but I’m not sure my partner would.

Bed too small very uncomfortable for two people and not AC. It is perfect for one person.

Rent och har allt du behöver. Gem. kök med gott om kylar för frukostvaror. Affären låg intill vilket var mycket smidigt. Centralt läge, 15 min till Edinburgh Castle. Men rummen är trånga för 2 pers. Sängen, en stor enkelsäng gör det lite trångt samt att man i England inte har ngn bäddmadrass utan du ligger direkt på resårmadrassen.

Fab place to stay for the Fringe . Great location. Very clean.

This is a university property, used during the summer as a hotel. The bed was great, the shower very good, and it is right next to the Royal Mile (an exit of the property is on the Royal Mile street). The only negative comment is there is no TV/fridge/coffee maker (all related to its normal function). The hot water stopped working at some point for a couple of days, and being a Festival weekend, it was hard to find someone to fix it; but the staff gave us *also* access to another room (in an older building, so it was not occupied) that had a working shower, which turned out to be very good solution.

Staff were very helpful and friendly, the student apartments are very basic but functional. No bells and whistles just somewhere to put your head down for the night nothing more nothing less.
