시내에서 가깝고 주변도 매우 이쁘네요.

The flat layout is good, very convenient to grocery, dining places, safe.

Es una residencia de estudiantes, con habitaciones muy básicas y antiguas. Sin embargo está muy bien situada, al lado de la Royal Mille. El personal es amable.

The staff is very good, no complaints there. The rooms are designed for student housing so the beds are small, uncomfortable, the chairs are uncomfortable, the window is terrible as a result the rooms get stuffy and hot. (Probably not a concern most of the year) But it is student housing at a cheap cost so what does one expect really. The location is great.

Having access to the kitchen is a bonus!

We had a wonderful stay! Very close to Old town and Arthur’s seat! The staff were all very friendly. Overall a great stay!

Rooma was very warm all the time. Weather was not responsible because temperature outside was about 20 C. Reception said that same in other rooms too.

Esta a 3 min de la Royal Mile, la cama puede llegar a ser un poco pequeña para dos, aunque es cómoda. Está limpio céntrico, como opción para visitar Edimburgo está bien

Very good location and great staff. The room (2 rm apartment) was well equipped, very reasonably priced and functional. Mattress could do with a replacement in one of the rooms. Great for visiting the Fringe or Tattoo

這住宿不宜用酒店這名稱，應該直接叫公寓比較恰當。另外，洗衣設施要用Apps,對只使用一兩次的人來說，不設實際。地方雖然小，但有小型廚房和雪櫃，都可以說，價廉物美。

Es gibt viele Bewertungen die Appartements wären zu klein, zu stickig etc. Ja, aber es ist eine Studenten Unterkunft und ich war wirklich schon in schlechteren Hotels. Der Empfang war super freundlich, die Unterkunft ist zweckmäßig aber super zentral. Es war etwas warm in den Räumen, aber wir haben einfach mal ne zeitlang die Haustür aufgemacht und durchgelüftet. Die Betten sind recht klein, aber es hat überraschend gut geklappt darin zu zweit zu schlafen. Aber man muss sich schon sehr mögen. Es könnte etwas sauberer sein, aber es war auch nicht dreckig. Alles in Allem kann ich die Unterkunft empfehlen und würde es auch wieder buchen. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Cheap stay and well organized. Nice staff

The room was of adequate size but for 2 people the beds where too small I’d say more of a queen size than double. Was the cheapest accommodation we could find during the fringe and in a good location for many of the acts.

Everything was fine apart from one thing. All the doors bang very loudly unless you keep hold of them and allow them to close softly. Unfortunately people didn't do this, meaning you'd be woken up either late at night or extremely early. The accommodation needs to invest in some soft-close door closers.

It was nice to have a little kitchen area so that I could refigerate and prepare food if necessary. The only thing that was a little disconcerting was that you can't get OUT without pushing buttons or using the key card. My key card never worked on the card reader getting into the lobby, so if someone hadn't been in the lobby, I couldn't have gotten out. It made me feel a bit trapped. But everyone was very nice and helpful. Easy walk to the Royal Mile.

The location was convenient and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room size was fine for a couple of nights. The bed was not very comfortable and the pillows were very flat. The sink did not drain very quickly. The doors slam very loudly. Good internet connection.

Me gustó:bastante cerca del centro y la acogida en recepción buena. Me disgustó: la escasez de medios invertidos en la habitación. El cuarto de baño con un ventilador ruidoso apagándose a los 20min cada vez que abres la puerta y sin ningún trocito de jabón para manos y cuerpo. La cama sin hacer en 2 días y 2 toallas sin cambiar.

The location is absolutely perfect. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean but small, and they offer discounted parking at a nearby carpark.

Great location on the royal mile - close to Arthur’s seat. It was okay for literally going to bath and sleep - we only went in and out. However, our room was not kept in clean condition. It was dusty; the bathroom was small, mold on the bathroom floor; no A/C, we had a very small window (we could not open it any more) and it got really stuffy in the room. The room also had a terrible smell (combination of cigarettes and old smell). The lady in the reception was nice enough to give us a fan, but it was extremely dusty and we couldn’t even use it (she warned me it hadn’t been used in months). We had to buy a candle to help with the smell of the room. I wanted to be honest with our stay, to warn others. If all you need is to bath and sleep it’s okay, but be warned about the smell, coolness, and cleanliness.

Hotel tipo Apart. Bom, mas não espere conforto. A cama para um casal é muito pequena e o colchão não é bom. Cozinha completa, facilita muito. Não tivemos sorte, pois pegamos um quarto bem ao lado da entrada do prédio. Muito barulho de entrada/saída a noite toda.
