첫 혼자여행이었는데 직원분들 모두 친절하시고 엘리베이터,샤워실,넓은 캡슐 등 시설도 전반적으로 만족스러웠습니다

Hello, I'm a Korean woman who stayed on the 18th and 21st. I might not have been able to come back to Korea if it wasn't for the female staff who worked at dawn on the 18th and the manager who allowed me to help. I lost my passport, so thank you so much for calling to help me and trying in many ways and looking at it kindly. I was able to get back to Korea safely. You made my worst trip a city where I want to go again. Thank you so much. If I visit again, I will visit this hotel. I hope you are still working at that time... What if you don't have one? If you have a message function, please give me a message. I really want to repay you. It was a female staff member who was cute and had a kind way of speaking.

궁굼한게 있으면 직원이 친절하게 알려줍니다

전반적으로 깨끗하고 샤워실이나 공용공간들이 깔깜해서 좋았습니다. 그리고 위치가 정말 좋습니다

GOOD

새로 생긴 캡슐 호텔이라 그런지 일단 청결하구요 화장실 샤워실 모두 붐비는 시간 때 피해서 이용 해서 그럴수도 있는데 기다린적은 없습니다. 슬리퍼 치약칫솔 귀마개 기본 제공인데, 캡슐호텔에서 어메니티를 받을 줄이야!! 그리고 정수기 2층에 있고 전자레읹 사용 할수 있어서 음식 포장해서 1층에서 시원하게 먹었어요. 체크아웃 하고 짐 보관 했는데 짐 찾으면서 샤워실이나 화장실 쓰고 가고 된다고 하네요 직원분들 모두 다 친절하고 특히, 새벽에 체크인 했는데 인보이스까지 뽑아주시고 감동했습니다. 다음에 싱가포르 오면 또 숙박할 의향 100%입니다

저렴하고 깔끔한 편이지만, 샤워하긴 좀 불편하고 처음에 호텔들어갈때 직원이 자릴비우면 문열어줄사람이 없다. 문이 잠겨있어 라운지에 있는 다른 손님이 열어줬음.

The hotel smells good.

Lovely capsule hotel, very chic and stylish and feels very clean. Highly recommend for a solo traveler. Only issue is if you have any issue climbing the ladder on the upper capsules. It was always a little tricky to climb up and down but you’re in your own little world once you’re inside.

Good location close to many points of interest, restaurants and night clubs

Good value for solo stay. Very noisy so bring ear ugs

Great capsul

Fantastic location in the heart of the city with good connections. Closest subway station requires a little bit of walking but is not too far, a lot of popular areas are within walking distance and there's plenty of bars and food options around! Staff is very friendly and helpful too! Highly recommend for a solo traveller!

在新加坡市中心內，是相當經濟實惠的選擇。但有關客戶服務的跟進，我認為有需要改善，因為在場的職員，他們只懂得處理酒店以內發生的問題。其他問題，例如改動住宿日期，便不能處理。

Great experience for a young female solo travelling. Felt very safe and bed was large and quiet

I really wanted to like Kinn since it's clean and the staff were very kind. The location is also perfect, but for me the cons outweighed the pros significantly. I could hear a nightclub in the adjacent unit thumping away until 5am that earplugs did not work to block. The windows to the street are left open through the night and you can hear loud cars and people partying until the early hours of the morning. The sound of the curtains from other capsules opening and closing is loud enough to hear across the whole room and wake you if you even manage to fall asleep in the first place. Additionally, the capsules are not suitable for those 6 feet (~183 cm). I could not fully extend my legs and get comfortable. I could see how this place would be great for someone who can sleep through loud noises and isn't above 6 feet, but I wanted to write this review for others who might need this information. Pros: location, staff are very nice, clean, easy to make friends Cons: terribly noisy at night, the shades opening and closing make a lot of noise, there is little light blocking or sound blocking if you stay in the rooms with a curtain

Great stay! Staff are super helpful and friendly. Very comfortable bedding and the whole place including bathrooms were very clean. You will need ear plugs though as you hear the music all night from the bar next door.
