가족단위 숙박하기엔 최고였습니디 수영장도 좋고 간단한 음식도 다 해먹을수 있어서 좋구요 샹그릴라 호텔 시설도 모두 이용가능하구요 적극추천

인원이 많은 가족여행에 적합한 호텔임. 단 불편한 교통(전철역까지 도보 20분, 시간당 1회의 셔틀버스, 숙소행 셔틀 불편) 상황은 잘 고려해야 함. 호텔 위주의 생활을 고려한다면 만족할 수준이나 외부활동을 목적으로 하기엔 부적절 함

방두개 거실 주방 화장실두개의 아파트 형태로 5인 가족이 이용하기 좋았으며, 샹그릴라 호텔 수영장이 이용가능합니다.

숙박인원 수가 많은 여행객이라면 강추하는 숙소입니다 다음 번 방문하게 된다면 다시 묵을 예정입니다 위치가 애매한거 제외하면 모든 면에서 만족입니다

전체적으로 시설은 오래된 느낌이 있었다. 새해 명절이어서 그런지 휴일간 룸서비스가 일부 제한되었고, 어메니티 중 바디로션은 제공되지 않아 따로 요청해서 받았다.

오차드 거리와 가까워서 구경거리가 많았고 호테내 수영장이 있어서 놀기 좋았다

가족과 4박을 하였습나다. 묵는 동안 모든 점에서 만족스러웠습니다.

넓고 편한 아파트먼트. 요리도 가능하고, 자유 수영도 가능한 5성급 아파트먼트. 약간 오래된 느낌을 제외하고 굿. 호텔 조식 굿

Great place for families!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at the hotel. Staff were extremely professional, accommodating, helpful, and courteous. The hotel and our rooms were clean and spacious. It was really nice to have a full sized refrigerator/freezer that was stocked with basic groceries (milk, eggs, butter, orange/apple juice, bread, and cereal). The pool was clean, and we also had access to the main hotel pool and Splash zone water park for our little one. The hotel was conveniently located close to Orchard road so accessing everything the strip had to offer relatively easy. We will definitely be staying here again! Thanks again to all the staff for all they did to make our visit that more enjoyable and stress free!

We had a 2 bedroom apartment for a family of 4 which is really convenient with 2 bathrooms so no waiting to use bathroom after a long day out. The property is very clean and very conveniently located in the Orchard area. There is also free shuttle bus in and out of the local Orchard district. Guests can also access the facility at the Shangri la main hotel next door which we really enjoyed particularly the swimming pool, health club and the gym. Will definitely stay here again next time we visit Singapore.

Excellent as ever. Rooms a little tired but excellent location, facilities and kitchen.

Kitchen equipment could be better ( in sizes) to meet guests needs. There were 2 big cooking pots but no small saucepans. A provisional supply / hamper was good and thoughtful gesture to start you off. Cold Storage supermarket in Claymore Connect was easy to access and ideal for topping up. Housekeeping team good and thorough in keeping the Apartment clean. Laundry Service in B1 offers good service of washing and drying. No need to get your own washing powder; however you may need to remove others completed laundry from the washer to free up space. Reception staff approachable and helpful. Umbrellas placed front of building are free to borrow for rainy days, but could run out easily so bring your own as there are none inside your apartment. You will need it when the sky opens. Could not ask for a better location, easy access to shops, restaurants, etc in Orchard Rd, walking distance to Botanical Gdn, also to sister Hotel Jen connected to Tangling Mall where you can find lovely shops and eateries, including the wonderful Wine Connection, a restaurant that caters for all kind of food and a wide wine selections. Orchard Boulevard MRT a step away from Tangling if you prefer a more relaxing stroll rather than the hassle and bussel of Orchard MRT. There is also the Private Gleneagle Hospital close by . It operates 24 hours A/E. Hopefully you don't need it but reassuring to know facility of such is available. Happy to return.

Sehr gute Unterkunft. Zimmer grosszügig und sauber. Nicht mehr der neueste Ausbau aber alles gut. Bett sehr bequem. Wäsche wird jeden 2.-ten Tag gewechselt und das Appartment gereinigt. Pool gut. Essen (Frühstück im nebenan liegenden Hotel) ist ausgezeichnet. Personal freundlich und Hilfsbereit.

The 1 bd apt size was ok but dated old. The bathroom was clean but old.

Great family apartment. Close to sights. Free shuttle to shops. Great pool and access to hotel pool and facilities. Quiet rooms with blackout curtains. Handy kitchen and fridge with complimentary welcome basic groceries.
