가족단위 숙박하기엔 최고였습니디 수영장도 좋고 간단한 음식도 다 해먹을수 있어서 좋구요 샹그릴라 호텔 시설도 모두 이용가능하구요 적극추천

인원이 많은 가족여행에 적합한 호텔임. 단 불편한 교통(전철역까지 도보 20분, 시간당 1회의 셔틀버스, 숙소행 셔틀 불편) 상황은 잘 고려해야 함. 호텔 위주의 생활을 고려한다면 만족할 수준이나 외부활동을 목적으로 하기엔 부적절 함

방두개 거실 주방 화장실두개의 아파트 형태로 5인 가족이 이용하기 좋았으며, 샹그릴라 호텔 수영장이 이용가능합니다.

숙박인원 수가 많은 여행객이라면 강추하는 숙소입니다 다음 번 방문하게 된다면 다시 묵을 예정입니다 위치가 애매한거 제외하면 모든 면에서 만족입니다

전체적으로 시설은 오래된 느낌이 있었다. 새해 명절이어서 그런지 휴일간 룸서비스가 일부 제한되었고, 어메니티 중 바디로션은 제공되지 않아 따로 요청해서 받았다.

오차드 거리와 가까워서 구경거리가 많았고 호테내 수영장이 있어서 놀기 좋았다

가족과 4박을 하였습나다. 묵는 동안 모든 점에서 만족스러웠습니다.

넓고 편한 아파트먼트. 요리도 가능하고, 자유 수영도 가능한 5성급 아파트먼트. 약간 오래된 느낌을 제외하고 굿. 호텔 조식 굿

Friendly staff

Wonderful staff, rooms cleaned every 3 days,15 minute walk to Orchard Road, hourly shuttle bus to ION and Ngee Ann City shopping centre from 11AM to 8PM (life saver after a long day of walking and above MRT), free food bundle in the kitchen and free washing machine and dyers. The hotel itself is a bit tired but that did not bother us, marks on furniture, some tiles missing from the spa. This did not bother us in context of the above benefits. Would definitely stay there again.

UK visitors here. This is our 2nd visit and again not disappointed Staff were great, we were greeted with water and all admin completed efficiently.Welcome pack really helpful and avoided need for shopping on arrival. We were celebrating birthdays and received treats on the days from the staff. Housekeeping staff were great and rooms were cleaned and replenished without requesting ,and had everything we needed (Air con, kitchen and facilities, access to communal washing machine and dryer, close to orchard road, access to hotel next door) which is worth visiting. An hourly shuttle to the a couple of Malls if needed. It was very busy however the relaxed atmosphere and the friendly staff throughout means I would happily recommend if you want an appartment experience rather than a formal hotel

UK visitors here. Staff were great. Housekeeping was great and rooms were clean and had everything we needed (Air con, kitchen and facilities, 2 bathrooms, access to communal washing machine and dryer, close to orchard road, access to hotel next door). There was smell of sewage in the Master room a couple times during the week we were there but we couldn't work out where it was coming from. Great location, nice pool. Couldn't be happier with our stay!

Loved the Shangri La apartments. Great for a family stay with 2 young kids. Access to hotel Amenities a bonus with fantastic pool and splash pad. Short walk to Orchard road and Cold Storage supermarket.

Wonderful hotel

Excellent Choice for Both Family Vacation and Business - Highly Recommended We had a wonderful stay at the Shangri-La Apartments in Singapore, which perfectly combined our family vacation with professional visits. The location is extremely convenient with many places within walking distance, and the property itself is incredibly refreshing with abundant greenery throughout. What makes this place ideal is having a genuinely spacious apartment with all the amenities of a luxury hotel - perfect for enjoying several days as a family. We had plenty of space for everyone, the convenience of preparing our own breakfast without leaving the apartment, access to laundry facilities, and all the hotel services available in the adjacent building. The staff was very welcoming and available 24/7. They even allowed us early check-in and on our departure day, since our flight wasn't until 11:30 PM, we were able to enjoy all the hotel facilities throughout the day, which was wonderful. We will definitely return without hesitation!

The apartments are a bit outdated, but the location and laundry room amenities outweigh this. We’d definitely stay there again.

Good location. Great for family. Lots of choice for breakfast. Nice pool. Really inviting staff.

The property is very clean and in a nice quiet area, close to the shopping district (~10 minutes’ walk) and close to public transport. The apartments adjoin the luxury hotel and all amenities are available for use on weekdays. The apartments are showing their age but are spacious and comfortable.
