Wonderful staff, rooms cleaned every 3 days,15 minute walk to Orchard Road, hourly shuttle bus to ION and Ngee Ann City shopping centre from 11AM to 8PM (life saver after a long day of walking and above MRT), free food bundle in the kitchen and free washing machine and dyers. The hotel itself is a bit tired but that did not bother us, marks on furniture, some tiles missing from the spa. This did not bother us in context of the above benefits. Would definitely stay there again.

This is our 2nd visit and again not disappointed Staff were great, we were greeted with water and all admin completed efficiently.Welcome pack really helpful and avoided need for shopping on arrival. We were celebrating birthdays and received treats on the days from the staff. Housekeeping staff were great and rooms were cleaned and replenished without requesting ,and had everything we needed (Air con, kitchen and facilities, access to communal washing machine and dryer, close to orchard road, access to hotel next door) which is worth visiting. An hourly shuttle to the a couple of Malls if needed. It was very busy however the relaxed atmosphere and the friendly staff throughout means I would happily recommend if you want an appartment experience rather than a formal hotel

Housekeeping was great and rooms were clean and had everything we needed (Air con, kitchen and facilities, 2 bathrooms, access to communal washing machine and dryer, close to orchard road, access to hotel next door). There was smell of sewage in the Master room a couple times during the week we were there but we couldn't work out where it was coming from. Great location, nice pool. Couldn't be happier with our stay!

Excellent Choice for Both Family Vacation and Business - Highly Recommended We had a wonderful stay at the Shangri-La Apartments in Singapore, which perfectly combined our family vacation with professional visits. The location is extremely convenient with many places within walking distance, and the property itself is incredibly refreshing with abundant greenery throughout. What makes this place ideal is having a genuinely spacious apartment with all the amenities of a luxury hotel - perfect for enjoying several days as a family. We had plenty of space for everyone, the convenience of preparing our own breakfast without leaving the apartment, access to laundry facilities, and all the hotel services available in the adjacent building. The staff was very welcoming and available 24/7. They even allowed us early check-in and on our departure day, since our flight wasn't until 11:30 PM, we were able to enjoy all the hotel facilities throughout the day, which was wonderful. We will definitely return without hesitation!

The property is very clean and in a nice quiet area, close to the shopping district (~10 minutes’ walk) and close to public transport. The apartments adjoin the luxury hotel and all amenities are available for use on weekdays. The apartments are showing their age but are spacious and comfortable.

The overall was good, staff friendly.However, the service of apartments not so good. The staff cleaned property twice a week without adding a coffee or proper tea. Available only green tea.Additionally the apartments are very old and refurbishing,specifically a bathroom would be in order. The bathroom was dungerous for old people. Have step inside the bath to have showers, very uncomfortable and slippery. Style from 80’s with plastic curtains.

We had a lovely stay in a two bedroom, fully equipt apartment here. Lovely and private, very quiet and the staff were always helpful. When our flight was delayed, the staff were responsive to my emails and even arranged for security to let us in if we didnt make it before reception shut. On arrival check in was a breeze, and there was a lovely little supply of complementary food basics in our little kitchen awaiting us that came in super handy :) The pool was never crowded, but you could hear the noise from the resorts pool a short distance away and it sounded like a riot! Overall a lovely stay, short walk to Orchard road for shopping, amazing mall food courts full of traditional hawker style foods and the MRT. It was perfect! We will be back!

The overall was good, staff friendly.However, the service of apartments not so good. The staff cleaned property twice a week without adding a coffee or proper tea. Available only green tea.Additionally the apartments are very old and refurbishing,specifically a bathroom would be in order. The bathroom was dungerous for old people. Have step inside the bath to have showers, very uncomfortable and slippery. Style from 80’s with plastic curtains.

My 12 Nights stay at Shangri-la Appartements was wonderful from all points, the staff, the location, amenities. It’s more than a well earned recommendations. Thank you Ina for your support and friendly manner, thanks to all your colleagues greeting us and asking us if we need any kind of help. Could not stop list names here. Thank you little lady for cleaning our Appartement and always asking us if we need anything else. Thank you sirs at the Fittnes facilities for your kind support. Simply said, we will come back 🙏

We had a lovely stay in a two bedroom, fully equipt apartment here. Lovely and private, very quiet and the staff were always helpful. When our flight was delayed, the staff were responsive to my emails and even arranged for security to let us in if we didnt make it before reception shut. On arrival check in was a breeze, and there was a lovely little supply of complementary food basics in our little kitchen awaiting us that came in super handy :) The pool was never crowded, but you could hear the noise from the resorts pool a short distance away and it sounded like a riot! Overall a lovely stay, short walk to Orchard road for shopping, amazing mall food courts full of traditional hawker style foods and the MRT. It was perfect! We will be back!

Great apartments, well equipped kitchen. Convenient access to many of the hotel's facilities without the busyness of being in the hotel. Was a great stay.
