.<서비스> 프런트 데스크부터 하우스키핑팀, 기술자, 펀팀, 그리고 현장 직원들까지, 모든 직원들이 일관되고 진정성 있고 신속한 서비스를 제공해 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 펀팀은 카약을 탄 어린 소녀가 기절한 듯 보였지만 실제로는 잠이 든 것을 보고 즉시 달려가 돌봐주는 모습을 보았습니다. 이러한 세심한 배려 덕분에 투숙객들은 안전함을 느낄 수 있었습니다. 기술자들이 신속하게 와서 자물쇠를 교체해 주었고, 처음부터 끝까지 정중했습니다.<효율적인 IT 시스템> IT 웹사이트를 통해 추가 세면도구를 요청하기도 매우 편리했습니다. 조식 뷔페는 다양한 메뉴를 제공했고 음식도 빠르게 나왔습니다. 인터넷 연결도 매우 빨랐습니다.<편의 시설> 싱가포르의 다른 호텔에서는 찾아볼 수 없는 다양한 액티비티도 즐길 수 있습니다. 패들보트, 스탠딩 패들, 카약, 모래사장 탁구, 배드민턴, 비치 사커 등이 있습니다. 저희 어머니도 카약을 타실 수 있어서 첫눈에 반했습니다. 카약에서 기절한 듯 보였지만 실제로는 잠이 든 어린 소녀를 재빨리 돌봐주는 재미있는 직원들의 모습을 봤습니다. 이러한 세심한 배려 덕분에 투숙객들이 안전함을 느낄 수 있었습니다. 저는 일광욕 테라스가 많고 피크닉을 하거나 책을 읽을 수 있는 조용한 공간이 있는 전용 해변이 정말 마음에 듭니다. 이 점이 정말 큰 장점입니다. 이곳에서 하룻밤은 절대 부족하지 않습니다. 침대에 누워 일출과 바다 전망을 감상하며 느긋하게 시간을 보낼 수 있습니다. 음식 배달 주문이 취소되었을 때, 맛있는 음식과 서비스를 제공하는 룸 다이닝을 이용할 수 있어서 기뻤습니다. 비보까지 무료 왕복 셔틀버스가 있어서 이동도 편리했습니다. 도시를 벗어나 휴식을 취하고 싶은 분이나 가족과 함께 여행하는 분들께 이 호텔을 강력 추천합니다. 가장 빠른 체크인 시간은 정오 12시이며, 늦은 체크아웃은 객실 상황에 따라 연장되지 않습니다.

Room rates apply to single/double occupancy. Any additional person staying will be charged an additional SGD 100++ per adult per night and amount will be paid directly to the hotel at time of check-in. Children 5 years old and above will be considered as an adult and required to pay for an additional surcharge upon check-in.
For early check-ins, a pre-block of guest room is required to guarantee a confirmed early check-in, chargeable at 1 night's charge. Please note that the standard check-in time applies if a pre-block request is not received.

Puas. Hotelnya bersih. Kolam renang besar dan ada fasilitas renang untuk anak-anak. Ada kids playground juga dan fasilitas pantai. Jangan lupa diperbanyak senyumnya untuk para karyawan-karyawannya.

We had great time celebrating our daughter birthday at ShangriLa Rasa Sentosa. The guest relation team did great job to provide birthday amenity for my daughter, thank you. Although the hotel is old but very well maintained and clean with great facilities for families and kids. Room is super clean, we get at 10F facing beautiful scenery of pool and beach both day and night. The lighting is just gorgeous. It has amenities for kids. The breakfast and food (Trapizza) is exceptional. The breakfast buffet provides various and delicious foods. The breakfast is much much better than other hotels in sentosa. We really enjoyed the facilities mainly the pool and beach activities. Thank you to several peoples who makes our stay more memorable and made us think highly on Shangri-la Rasa Sentosa, mainly from fun team: Ms. Sarah who did extra miles to make sure my daughter enjoy the beach activities, made balloon and provide some surprise during the birthday! Mr. Saif who stopped the kids from playing in swimming pool as gardener spray the insecticides to make sure the kids are safe. Last but not least the kid clubs team. This is our second time and we glad we chose this hotel for our special event. We have booked for next staycation in 2-3 months time. I really recommend those who would like to enjoy sentosa to stay in this place. We visited few 5 stars resort in sentosa but this is the best so far both facilities, cleanliness, food quality and peoples. Hope the hotel management really recognize and appreciate the great peoples behind the scene who really make the guest enjoys the stay and will come back again and again.

It was the perfect getaways for families with young children. Room was clean and the view was great! There were many activities for kids-from treasure hunting, playing at kids club, table tennis, swimming, water sports etc etc. Great variety for breakfast and there 's kid and baby zone too! I would love to go there again!

The view from the room is outstanding and the facilities are awesome in shangrila. The staffs are extremely courteous. The breakfast buffet is good and there are a lot of choices. Highly recommended the room for stay.

It was a great 3D2N stay at Shangri-la Rasa Sentosa. My wife and child enjoyed the place and the sightseeing it provides. Personally, I find that the facilities are really accessible. Gym was just a quick walk away (same storey as given room), and the swimming pool was just a lift away. Very good layout of the whole resort and the room was spacious.

Awesome for family with children. Stayed in Hill View room and the balcony was super small without any table/chairs. The room is OK but for King bed room does not comes with bathtub. Received a complimentary small cake in my room upon check in as this stay is meant for my birthday. Wonderful spread for buffet breakfast. My child loves the swimming pool!

2Nd time stay at Rasa. Finished the check-in process at 2:57 pm and was told the room was not ready because check-in is 3 pm. There was no hotline to enquire, at 3:30 pm I had to re-queue the line at the check-in to enquire about the status. I waited 10 mins in the line and was informed they would give us a free cocktail as the room was still not ready. In the first place at 2:57 pm, the receptionist could have already offered the free cocktail since she could anticipate the delay! The room's flooring cleanliness can also be done better. Thankfully the kids-friendly facilities, portering and breakfast made up for the experience.

It's was a great Valentine's Day stay at Shangri-La Rasa Sentosa. The room was spacious and clear. The service was next level. Pool was so big and the beach together was a different stay vacation. Breakfast was too good and yummy with a-lot of choice from. What I say one of the best hotel I stay in Singapore hotels. It's sure recommended for all who wants a great stay vacation in Singapore. Will come back again for a longer stay in Shangri-La Rasa Sentosa. Totally a awesome stay!
