Important information : The Haven by JetQuay is located in the public area of Singapore Changi Airport Terminal 3, Level 1 - Arrival Hall. Departing passengers or non-travellers may proceed to the lounge directly, while arriving or transiting passengers must clear immigration and baggage retrieval process before proceeding to the lounge. If a guest passes immigration, he or she will not be allowed to pass through security. Directions to The Haven : The Haven is easily accessible from Terminal 1 and 2 with the free skytrain service which operates from 5:00 to 2:30 daily. It takes approximately 4 minutes between terminals via skytrain, with an average waiting time of up to 3 minutes. From Terminal 1, please take the skytrain in the public area of the departure hall to Terminal 3 From Terminal 2, please take the public area skytrain from departure hall to Terminal 3. Alternatively, guests may take a 5-minute walk via the mezzanine-level link-bridge above the MRT station. Other Information : Connecting rooms are subject to availability. Guests can book 2 rooms and indicate a preference for connecting rooms. Per hour extension available on-site. Please inform The Haven by JetQuay in advance of your expected arrival time.
