호텔 자체도 위치도 직원들도 거의 95프로 만족합니다! 다만, 샤워실 물이 배수가 잘 안되서 샤워하기 힘들었지만, 사우나 시설이 좋아서 거기를 활용했습니다!

Stylish Hotel with Friendly Service, but Room and Atmosphere Fell Short We arrived early and were warmly welcomed, with the staff kindly storing our bags so we could enjoy the lovely spa before check-in. The hotel itself is striking—super modern with clean alpine lines and whimsical design touches that add charm. Unfortunately, the room we were allocated was almost below ground level, with a steep grassy bank rising from the terrace that completely obscured the view. Despite having booked five months in advance, we were told the hotel was fully booked and no alternative room was available. While the overall aesthetic is appealing, the communal spaces lacked comfort. There’s no inviting lounge area apart from the busy lobby, and the bar—though functional—has a cafeteria-like feel. With a bit of imagination, the fireplace could anchor a much cozier setting. The bar also closed abruptly at 10pm, leaving me mid-nightcap in sudden darkness. On the bright side, the staff were consistently friendly and helpful, and we did enjoy our brief stay. With a few tweaks to layout and atmosphere, this hotel could truly shine.

Words cant describe this place. The location, the cosy style, combination of US nationalparks, Austria, Switserland, everything was so nice. The hotel was living up to all our wishes, needs and dreams.

The hotel presents itself as 4★, but in reality the standards of that category are not met. During a three-night stay, the room was not cleaned once, beds had poor quality mattresses and pillows, and the restaurant experience was disappointing: limited menu, small portions, wrongly declared meals (for “pork ribs” - 25€, you get 2 tiny pieces of beacon and a lot of cabbage), very high prices for meals, drinks or coffee, and desserts that were not freshly prepared. Wine by the glass is served as only 0.1 L, (measured by “experienced” eye of the waiter) which looks odd in a standard glass and usually is less then stated. Most surprisingly, the hotel hosts weddings and on those evenings residents cannot use the restaurant or are restricted to dine only until 6 p.m. Even on regular days, dinner seating is limited and requires advance reservation, despite being a hotel guest. The architecture may look appealing at first sight (concrete structure with wooden details, artistic motives in hallways), but behind the minimalist charm lies a lack of essential comfort and service that distinguishes a true 4★ hotel. Overall, the price–quality ratio is very poor and does not justify the declared 4★ rating.

A striking modern hotel with high-end finishes and a great location within steps of the lake. Our room was large and comfortable. We arrived about midday in the pouring rain and unfortunately our room wasn't ready so we had to hang around as there wasn't much else to do. We did eat lunch in the hotel restaurant which was very good. We also had dinner one night in the hotel but were less impressed as we felt a few of the dishes weren't as described on the menu (different ingredients and cooking methods etc). Breakfast choice was very good. Location is good - very close to the lake but the area doesn't have a huge amount to offer in terms of bars/restaurants if you don't want to drive. But for a few nights stay it was fine. Negatives - on the first night the fire alarms went off repeatedly for about an hour around 1am. I went down to reception and there didn't seem to be any staff on site - just what seemed to be guests trying to figure out the alarm system?! Strange. And in the morning there was no apology issued etc. Also we travelled with a 7y/o (a lot of families around) and the hotel is not geared for kids - not allowed in the pool, no kids menu in the restaurant etc. Finally, the heating was off in the hotel and we didn't have great weather to dry stuff on the balcony, which meant no way of drying clothes, swimmers, even bath towels which was a bit annoying.

An excellent hotel experience with a wonderful view of Lake Bohinj.

Beautiful hotel in idilic location. Staff really attentive. We had problems with the shower in our room which didn’t get resolved despite us asking. Good breakfast selection although evening meal was hit and miss.

Het is een Prachtig en gezellig hôtel, met een uitstekende keuken en vriendelijk personeel. Tevens een buitengewoon uitzicht op de nature.

I wish I stayed longer! So relaxing and fancy. The best part was the little balcony outside that you can hang out and eat at.

The grounds were lovely with evening firepit. The breakfast buffet was awesome. I loved our room and balcony. The bathroom had some awkward elements - the door was a swing door, but had no handle so you could only push it regardless of what side of the door you were on. Also, the shower had a clear wall back to the room which was bizarre.

Lovely hotel in a great location, just a few mins walk to Lake Bohinj. Room was very modern, spa was beautiful & the food was great!

Very good three night stay. The proximity to the lake is fantastic, the outdoor space is great and breakfast is plentiful.
