TV가 없는점은 불편했으나, 주인이 친절하고, 빔이 있어 유튜브 영화보기 좋았음. 불편한점 이야기 하면 개선이 빠름

찾기가 좀 힘든 위치의 조그마하고 앤틱한 숙박시설 돌출 간판 또는 위치안내표시있으면 좋겠음 카운터 앞 약간 턱진 바닥 주의 표식이나 보수 필요 현관과 복도 카펫 교체 요함

가격대비 만족하지만 무인이라 불편해요

위치 가격 시설 최고입니다

서면역과 가까워 위치가 좋고 근처에 편의점이나 카페 음식점도 많아서 편리해요. 그리고 없을거 없이 다 있은 가성비 좋은 숙박이었습니다. 다음에 여행가면 또 이용하고 싶어요~

가격대비 괜찮은 장소였습니다. 청소에 조금 더 신경써주시면 더 만족했으리라 싶네요. 서면 롯데백화점 바로 맞은편에 있어 쇼핑, 편리시설, 대중교통 이용하기에 좋습니다. It is worth it how much you pay for. It is not fancy or great, but it is a reasonable price for someone who would like to save some money on a hotel. It is not a perfectly clean place because the building is a little old and it is in the back alley. Overall, I enjoyed staying there and the front desk person was very kind and helpful. I highly recommended.

사장님도 엄청 친절하시고 숙소 찾는데 조금 힘들긴 했는데 숙소 보자마자 힘든데 싹 없어졌어요ㅎㅎ 화장실도 크고 미니냉장고도 있고 엄청 좋았어요!!그리고 되게 청결했고 수건도 넉넉히 주셔서 좋은거 같아요~!!부산가면 꼭 다시 가고싶은 숙소1위할만큼 굿굿

房間備品充足，有需要用訊息聯繫櫃檯也能得到及時回應，地點便利性十足。雖然房間沒有電視以及空間較小，行李箱置放稍嫌不足，但考慮到地點的便利性，性價比仍不錯。

服務人員非常好也很認真，用心解決問題，寄存行李方便。但是飯店有些老舊，裝潢使環境看起來昏暗。飯店外街道上不乾淨，有垃圾、傳單和煙蒂。不適合早出晚歸的旅人

23時ごろに到着しましたが、送られてきた暗証番号で建物に入り、置いてある鍵で部屋に入れました。 バスタブもあり、熱いお湯が豊富に出て快適でした。シャワーカーテンはありませんでした。 便利な立地で、付近の24時間営業の食堂で韓国料理を楽しめました。

市内観光の拠点として良い場所にあり便利です。

繁華街なので、困る事はありませんでした。 シャワーヘッドが壊れていたせいか？水圧弱めのお部屋でした。 何も韓国語がわからない私達に一生懸命伝えて頂けて助かりました。

駅から近く、繁華街にも近いので立地がよいです。エレベーターがないのが不便ですが、タイミングよくスタッフさんがいればスーツケースを運んでくれます。お部屋もお洒落でよいのですが、壁が薄いのか、夜中に隣の部屋で騒いでいるおばさんの声が聞こえてきて不快でした。前回泊まった時は静かだったので、宿泊客のマナーの問題かもしれませんが。次回もまた泊まりたいホテルです。

Hotel is in a great location, close to shopping and transportation (subway and bus lines). It’s a little difficult to find, as it’s in an alley off of Galaxy street of Gourmet, across from Lenith Hotel, but basically behind Lotte Dept. The closest subway is Soemyeong stn, which you can get to by transferring on airport line to Sasang, then Soemyeong. The hotel is generally unmanned, so you need to get the hotel entry code from the hotel before you arrive, as well as the hotel room #, since the owner will leave the keys on the desk for you to pickup directly. The room itself is quite spacious, especially the double rooms which have 2 queen sized bed. Lots of amenities, especially water bottles provided, and bathroom is quite large, although the shower takes quite awhile to heat up. It’s basic but more than adequate for a comfortable stay in a great location.

Excellent warm welcome, cute, cosy, very clean, quirky, superb shower and bathroom, comfortable bed. If you want luxury look elsewhere, if you want warm, quiet and cosy this is the place. Plenty of food and drink places very close by including coffee/takeaway breakfast options.

房間沒有電視，室內空間狹窄，前台沒有工作人員，幸好祗是待幾小時，不建議長期住宿。

整體方面還好，但房間的燈光設計偏暗，與相片不太相符，廁所缺乏掛勾掛衣服。

Alright, so this will be a mixed review. Firstly, the bad stuff, hopefully will serve as feedback to owners or as warning to other travellers. When I arrived, the door was locked, there was nobody at front desk. Just a piece of paper with "Call us" and Korean phone number. As my SIM card was data only, I was unable to call the hotel and was just standing outside of the hotel. The phone numbers listed don't seem to be connected to any whatsapp or telegram, so I couldn't message them. No email and they never replied to my messages on Hotels.com platform. I walked around, returned in 20 minutes and LUCKILY, there was lady at Front desk to let me in. I'm not sure what I would do otherwise, walked into nearby restaurants and tried to convince them to call random Korean number? I understand hotels without front desk exist, but either have whatsapp contact or email me information on my stay ahead of time. Simple email with entrance code and room number would be enough. --------------------------------------------------- Otherwise it was great stay. Room seemed Freshly reconstructed, all clean and nice, with a bit of style. Just maybe limit decorations, there is not much shelf space already. Location is great, close to subway, with shopping, food and market streets all nearby.

Le personnel est adorable et très à l'écoute. Notre hôtesse s'est même levée à 5h du matin pour nous appeler un taxi. Je recommande vivement

ロッテホテルに近く周辺は、交通の便がよく飲食店が多く朝食がなくても安心です。スタッフとのコミュニケーションは英語が必要、フロントにいないことが多い。部屋は家族4人で泊まれます。十分な広さはないが最低限のアメニティはある。宿泊費からするととてもコスパが良い！
