The hotel's location is very good (back of Lotte Department store), near Seomyeon Station and surrounded by restaurants, shops. However, it's difficult for first-time guests to find the hotel as it is in a small alley and on the back of a restaurant. It will be better if the hotel has clear instructions on how to get to the hotel from Seomyeon Station. The reception lady is very helpful and nice. Even though she can't speak English, she will try as much as she can to communicate. The room is quite small but fully equipped with a heated floor and heated mattress. Everything was clean and quite new. Value for money.
