호텔 아구마르 아토차

깔끔하고 조식도 맛있고 좋았습니다.

마드리드 인이라 매우 걱정이 많았는데 아토차역에서 내려서 도보 10분 정도? 거리에 있단 것만 빼면 정말 좋았습니다. 현재 아토챠역이 공사중이라 오히려 가까웠으면 소음이 많았을 것 같아요. 2시 체크인에 12시 체크아웃이라 좋았는데 비행기가 늦게 오고 일찍 아웃한 점이 정말 아쉬웠어요. 일박에 20정도 가격이었는데 짐도 프리로 맡아주시고 시간 및 가성비로 최고에요! 직원분들도 스윗 그 자체라.. 더 좋았습니다. 엘리베이터는 7층까지고 8층까지 계단으로 가는데 뷰가 좋다. 괜찮냐 하셔서 수락하고 묵었는데 만족스러웠습니다..! 컨디션이 조금 노후되긴 했지만 불편한 점은 없었어요. 요새 유럽여행 특징인지 어메니티는 하나도 없습니다^^..근데 물도 없어요ㅜㅠ 미니바는 한 가득인데. 그게 아쉬웠네요. 다만 8층에서 마드리드가 한 눈에 보였어요. 저는 마드리드에 가면 다시 묵고 싶어요

결론부터 말하면 다시 이용할 것 같지 않음. 아토차역과는 멀지도 않지만 가깝지도 않은 애매한 거리. 나는 지불하고 그들은 방을 제공한 딱 그만큼. 체크인할 때, 바로 결제하고 무료 생수는 없으나 미니바는 떡 하니. 첫인상이 상당히 계산적인 느낌. 계절이 계절이니만큼 그나마 장점은 벌레 없고 침구에서 냄새나지 않는 것. 이건 원래 기본 아닌가? 세계 여러 호텔에 묵어봤으나, 문 손잡이에 방청소 여부 표시를 걸어 두었음에도 2번이나 메이드가 방에 노크하여 얼굴을 대면하는 일은 처음 겪는 일.

4성이라고 보기 어려운 숙소. 청결은 했으나, 에어컨은 되는 둥 마는 둥이었습니다. 그리고 리셉션 직원들이 친절하다거나 우리를 웰커밍한다는 느낌은 아니었습니다. 다른 스페인 숙소들도 여러 개 다녀봤는데 가장 응대 태도는 별로였던 것 같습니다. 수도라서 그런 걸 수도 있겠지만요. 방은 매우 좁고 오래되었습니다. 침대 옆 콘센트는 가운데 하나밖에 없어서 나눠써야 했습니다.

Improved? When I leave dirty dishes out and they are not taken seaway for the 5 days I am there??? And I have to go to the front desk NOT once but twice to ask for new glasses and coffee cups? We were drinking out of 3 oz paper cups for the duration of the trip? VERY disappointed with room service AND front desks lack of concern

All was fine, but not exceptional. Perfect for a regular business stay. Breakfast could be improved by including some healthy options (nuts etc)

Shocking - do not stay at this hotel. I stayed Friday 12th, through Monday 15th. On Sunday, while we were out, someone accessed our room with a key and stole a credit card [which they tried to use less than a mile from the hotel]. When I informed the staff, all I was told was, wait for the manager in the morning. When I went to find the manager next morning he was not there but left a message to report to the police. No other help offered. This theft was clearly managed by someone accessing the room with a key, not a break in. The managers response of 'report it to the police' [and no other advice or assistance] was terrible customer service. We were robbed on their premises and no one cared or helped at all. I wonder if this is how they would like to be treat if this happened to them when staying in a hotel in a foreign country. Shocking - do not stay at this hotel.

Personal impecable

Habitacion grande. Camas muy cómodas. El servicio es muy agradable y el metro está a 5 minutos.

Como siempre es un hotel donde te sientes a gusto, es mi segunda vez y espero que sean muchas más, el personal fue muy atento, la comida en el restaurante estaba deliciosa. Es un hotel que recomendaría siempre.

スタッフはとても丁寧で快適でした。ドライヤーが弱かったのとシャワーの出が少し弱かったのが残念でしたが、快適に滞在させていただきました。

The room bathroom had sewage odor, we tried to rinse the bidet next to the toilet with hot water and close it, then the odor is gone, but came back after next day !!!! From our room, we can hear people talking in the next room, it was so noisy.

Esperava mais de um hotel 4 estrelas. O quarto é confortável e possui camas king size, o que é um ponto positivo. Porém, na primeira noite, o sistema de aquecimento de água não estava funcionando adequadamente e o chuveiro não esquentava o suficiente. O técnico foi ao quarto imediatamente, mas não conseguiu resolver. Em seguida, nos foi oferecida a troca para um quarto com duas camas de solteiro, o que recusamos. Também nos pediram para ficar à disposição do técnico da manhã seguinte, o que não consentimos, já que tínhamos uma programação turística. Na manhã seguinte, o aquecimento voltou a funcionar normalmente e permaneceu assim durante toda a nossa estada. A televisão não é smart, então acaba tendo pouca utilidade. O isolamento acústico é muito ruim. Além disso, a pizza servida no restaurante do hotel não é boa. Não voltaria ao hotel.
